It is a complete nightmare trying to get a receipt from this specific store. They DO NOT email you your receipt and if you need a copy, you have to give your entire purchase history to do so.
We've spent hundreds for our kids; you would think they could do a simple business transaction.
We will not be coming back

A little pricey but I got a stuffed animal with the perfect amount of stuffing to make it not too squishy but not too firm. I was also able to have my son record a message for me to play whenever I like, which is so beautiful, since he left to the Navy. I would return. Also got to pick whatever outfi i liked.

Great experience for my kids. Not too expensive and very stimulating creatively. Pretty easy to find it right the second level of the mall. It’s worth doing at least once and I’d probably do it again before my kids grow up and become too cool to do this.

Everyone that works here is so sweet to the littles. They’re patient and silly with the kids. They have a great selection on bears and clothes/accessories.

All the employees were fantastic! Took my daughter today for a girl’s day out and started with Build a Bear. When leaving I purchased several gift cards that I mistakenly forgot to take with me when we left. The employees not only tried to find me in the mall to tell me I left them but also sent me an email stating they had them put aside for me. The customer service and kindness was above and beyond! Thank you all for making our experience so special!

Went here today, Saturday, September 14th ,2024, with my family and my grandmother. Nice Build - A- Bear . All the staff were helpful. Eddie was extremely helpful ! We had a nice experience today! My older sister got what she wanted!!

I had a great experience yesterday evening with the two associates that were so patient and kind in helping me re-record a sound for my bear. They both made me feel very welcomed and comfortable in what I went there to do. I was very pleased overall with the customer service for both of these ladies! Unfortunately, I did not get their names.

They were out of a lot of bears. My teenager loves build a bear and never has a hard time finding something/anything to purchase. We left this store disappointed and empty handed. Employees said they needed to restock.

Came in today to build a bear for my daughter’s 5th birthday. Unfortunately, we left without a bear. In the first 10 minutes we were looking around and scoping out the place, Brittney was so rude to my mother and I on multiple occasions we had to go. We felt so off put by her rude behavior we didn’t feel comfortable even asking for any more help… shame they would hire such miserable employees to work with small children, on their birthday, just trying to decorate an (expensive) bear…. Won’t return for my son’s birthday, as originally planned, either.

A very lovely experience with the staff here. The manager actually helped my son get his birthday bear for his third birthday. She helped make the whole experience special, even if he wasn't paying attention half the time (as small children can be sometimes, lol).
Strong recommendation to go here if you are looking to give a child or loved one a perfect stuffed bear as a gift.

We took the kids to Build-A-Bear ? Workshop in Countryside Mall ,for My daughters 6th Birthday ?I would say the general pricing for a regular stuffed animal is a little high, and it doesn't include an outfit for your new friend..but I definitely think the "Pay Your Age" Birthday Bear is a Great deal. So we had two Birthdays to celebrate. $6 for one bear, $8 for the other. 3 outfits total & an Easter Bunny Headband. I had a $10 off Coupon so our total was around $35 for everything. They also let the kids make a Birth Certificate, that they print out and give to you when you pay. Fun little way to celebrate a birthday ?
