Life has its curveballs, like brushing a parked Mustang GT due to a poorly placed construction sign. What seemed like an unfortunate accident led me to an extraordinary experience at Caliber Collision on Route 60 in Clearwater. My 2016 GMC Sierra SLT Z71 S 1500 already had its own set of cosmetic issues, including a significant dent on the door that fortuitously took the brunt of the impact.From the get-go, the staff set themselves apart with their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. Lauren and Toni, in particular, were stellar in keeping me updated every step of the way. What truly impressed me was their consultative approach: They escorted me out to inspect the vehicle multiple times and discuss the work directly with the technicians. During one of these inspections, I noticed the dilapidated state of the frame to which the truck bed mounts. Not only did they repair the original damage to pristine condition, but they also addressed these additional concerns with the same level of professionalism and skill.The result? My truck doesn’t just look repaired; it looks rejuvenated, almost as if it had 125,000 miles fewer on its 182,000-mile odometer. While they may routinely get business from insurance referrals, it's their genuine commitment to customer satisfaction that will keep me as a loyal customer. As a matter of a fact, when I was walking out of the dog park with one of my fellow dog parkers I reached to open the door for the truck to let my poopers in and he was genuinely delighted - and noted what a nice ride I had - a serendipitous moment to say the least. Caliber Collision on Gulf to Bay Clearwater Fl was the best vehicle associated business I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Lauren was my contact and she's the only one I had to deal with. And she was on top of everything. From getting started on my truck asap, to daily updates, I felt like she had my back. I'm a one man show with one work truck and I felt like she took that into consideration and got my truck done a lot sooner than expected. Hopefully I'll never need to use a collision service again, but I highly recommend any of you in the need, give Caliber serious consideration.

The work I had done at this shop was unbelievable. It looks as if my car had never been in an accident. Looks like I just took it off to the lot at the car dealer. They did an exquisite job and I will always take my vehicles to them to have repaired should anything else happen in the future I highly recommend them 1000% thanks guys. Highly recommend this place! The work was phenominal. They also clean your vacuumed your car and do a car washed before picking it up. Some places dont do that but this place is great! Lauren at the front desk is awesome shes helpful and they will up date you on your car throughout the whole process. You will receive an auto text messages and will let you knowthe status of your car.
