Great People and a Great Product California Closets installed several closets in my home. Recently after doing some rearranging I determined I needed more shelves. I contacted the Sarasota store and worked with Madison who was friendly, patient and went above and beyond to get the shelves. Madison who works at the Production Facility in Clearwater also went above and beyond working with the production manager so my order was completed in a timely fashion. I am grateful for these great people and a great product.

We placed our order with California Closets in Mid July and were told the project would be completed in within 3 days. Nearer the start of the job towards the end of August the 3 day estimate was confirmed once again. After two days it was clear this was an underestimation as they had not allocated enough people to the job. Instead of completing the job the team were told to start their next project and we were told to reschedule completion. Despite starting our job back in August the project has only just been completed to a satisfactory standard. If it wasn't for the willingness of the installation team to work until 9pm and the willingness of the sales staff to push for completion we would still be waiting. I would never use this company again as they overwork their staff, underestimate deliverable times and show no interest in keeping their customers happy.

They are Terrible to their employees . They give double the work to a few employees who can do the work (doesn't mean they should have to!) One call out = no raise !!! People call out for many reasons including death , so now people have to struggle to make ends meet and deal with death !! What a great company!

Beautiful closets, kitchens, entertainment centers, shelving, laundry rooms and garages! I've lived in Washington, Phoenix and now Florida. I always have California Closets in my homes. Great quality and craftsmanship. The people are professional, nice, and accommodating. Get some, it will change the way you feel about you're home!!!♡♡♡

Can't say enough good things. In fact, I started with a garage remodel and loved it so much I ended up installing an entire his and hers home office and now I'm already planning a closet remodel! My only warning is don't start if you only want to do one thing because it's impossible. Incredibly efficient company and great home value enhancer! Love Cali Closets!

I had no idea what to expect with a custom closet conversion from California Closets, but this was honestly the most seamless process ever and I couldn't be happier with the end results! The entire process was just unbelievable. I started with an "in-home" consult and was completely overwhelmed by the one-on-one attention I received! The designer, Lisa ******* deserves all the credit for this amazing transformation. Lisa came to my home to look at my existing closet space, she sat down with me one on one and dove right into the needs and desires out of a new closet system. After a few measurements and just a few days later, Lisa brought her vision to life. I was able to see every fine detail in 3D before we finalized the project and from there the install was booked and the entire system was installed in no time...I think a few hours to be exact! The install crew was punctual, polished and polite - we all know these qualities are hard to find with contractors! California Closets - you get 10 stars! Now onto my next projects; the laundry room and garage. I had no idea they could do it all! Thank you to the entire CC Tampa team for making this girls dream come true!

California Closets has been a pleasure to work with over the past four years. I started small with a reorganization of my garage. After I saw the final product I was hooked. I have added closets to every bedroom in the house, complete rebuild of my laundry room, custom entertainment system for all of my Control 4 components, and final a customer bar. I had a wonderful experience with everyone from the design team to the installer's. Everyone was professional and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend CC to anyone looking to upgrade their home or office!

I needed a walk-in closet done, as we only had the original wire rack system. I called and setup an appointment for a consultation. Alicia arrived on-time and we had a brief meeting to discuss what we wanted and desired budget. Our other concern was that we had three closets full of clothes that we would like to condense down. Alicia went upstairs and took measurements of the closet and entered them into their computer. I was blown away with the 3D rendering of my proposed closet! She showed us what it would look like, from all different angles, and showed us different finishes. We made some adjustments and added drawers to the model and she kept it right at our desired budget. The best part, she said that with this system, we could fit the clothes from all of the closets into our master. I didn't think that was a possibility, even after seeing the 3D image. We put down the down payment and scheduled an install date. They arrived on-time and the installers were very professional. They protected all of the carpet and stairs that they were walking on and brought in all the pieces for assembly. They had the closet finished in a few hours and brought my wife up to inspect the scope work. She was thrilled! She took several pictures and sent them to me at work. It looked great but I still thought it was a longshot to fit all of our clothes. By the time I got home, the closet was arranged and full. My wife then took me to the other 2 closets and showed me THAT THEY WERE EMPTY. I was shocked. All of those clothes in one closet and it didn't look like a Kohl's clearance rack. I was totally shocked. Thank you to the entire California Closets team for a wonderful experience, all the way around. I have been seeing other projects that you do and will be calling you again, along with sending you referrals. Keep up the excellent work!
