We just had our LVP completed last week. I have to say, this company has the best service but also they are tidy, respectful and the outcome of their work is superb. They actually went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to our liking and even came back to check on us to make sure everything was perfect. Amazing service and work! Special thanks to Nick and his crew. Such a pro and knows his stuff. We love it and I HIGHLY recommend Carillon, I have already referred 3 people in the past week. Thank you for everything!

We ordered the tile through James based on his floor sample. It turned out that the tile that was delivered was completely different from the sample. My wife and I were shopping for luxury vinyl plank. Jay was super helpful and respectful also of our space and not too pushy. He was also very informative about the advantages and disadvantages of different brands, different floor types, and colors.

James helped us select the best carpet for our rooms and was very communicative throughout the process. We were very impressed with install, there is only one small seam in the closet based on how he layer it out, and we can’t even see that one!! Highly recommend Carillon Floor Center!!!!

Excellent sales support, they secured samples for us, excellent custom on-site measurements and templates were made (for my boat - nothing is square on a boat). Custom sized rugs were bound well, anti skid backing was added for the teak floor, and final delivery and install was well done. Very satisfied, highly recommended.

This is the 2nd time we have purchased flooring from Carillon. We were very satisfied with the product which was LVT for our kitchen. The install went extremely smoothly. We would have given 5 stars except we had an issue with the sales rep. He measured approx. 40% over the actual sq. footage. It resulted in 56 sq. ft. of extra tile. It was clearly a mistake and not the "industry standard 10%" overage he claimed all companies used. We had a bit of a back and forth with him. He should have just admitted it was a mistake. The good news is that the owner handled the issue excellently. We were reimbursed with no problem. I would definitely go back to Carillon again.

My wife and I have been customers of Carillon since the early 2000's when we bought the house we presently live inAt that time they installed carpet in many areas and beautiful wood floors in our dining and living room. The wood floors still look as nice now as when first installedOur latest project was "wood look" tile in our foyer, hall, guest bathroom and laundry room and new carpeting in our family where the carpet had been since 2001We never gave a second thought to using another companyLinda was a great help in starting the process with making an in home evaluation and then spending whatever time necessary in helping us pick out final carpet and tileTyler then took over with installation of first tile and then the carpetBoth installers were extremely professional and the end result was exactly what was expected - great!Highly recommend this family owned and operated company!

The only business I will use for flooring. They've installed tile, LVP in my condo and have the best installers. Also use them to clean my Karastan rugs. Highly recommend them over the big box stores.
