Not a good experience I can tell you that.They have little knowledge of pawning jewelry, really didn't know the value of what I displayed, or lack favor in me as a customer I hope not my race and color of dark skin to give such a low price to a good valued item that is not priced so low to pawn somewhere else a mile down the road.I think this company need to leave pay off their lease on that property and leave.The type of service giving was from a "nae" saying prejudice and ignorance was strong.I didn't need to be taught anything, the word is affirmation, which was irrelevant. I gave no reason for the rep to bid so low and send me off it was very distasteful and rude.No thanks

Visiting family in Largo, since yesterday PM, last nite I realized I left home the Power Cord for the charger of my Laptop. Walked in the Clearwater Shop this AM and a very friendly young lady went in the back of the Store looking for the cord, found one and we tried it with the charger and it was perfect.In top of that she made my day and week here, because she did not ask for me to pay for it.I told her to have a great and a lovely week.Fantastic !!!

So I pawned my galaxy s7 tablet and life happened and wasn't able to get it out in time. I talked briefly about what happened, and I want to be 100000% clear I was not, NOT trying to pity party. I was fully prepared to pay the shelf price for it. I was informed that I would only need to pay what I owed on it and they appreciate my honesty. I can't express in words my gratitude, and in this economic environment. No words. Truely remarkable!

Pawn shop knows that corporate office makes them pay back stuff you just buy for atleast 48 hours without a warranty but yet they try to tell you they ain't going too. Trust me call regional director and he will force them to give you back your money. I did and it worked. Best to just stay away from them. P.S. Call me the bounce back King, you should see my new car and the good job I have. And I don't even have to pay child support what a good life. Plus I don't smoke weed anymore.

I purchase an air conditioner here last week for $217 they told me it works I brought it home and it didn't work. Everything is sold as is and they will sell you stuff that doesn't work they give you no credit no refund. I may mention that I did not purchase the additional warranty my messages to Brad what you put out until the universe is that which will come back to you May I suggest you go to a pawn shop with better energy and honesty captain AL

Decided to stop by here after visiting other local pawn shops and being disappointed by what they were offering for the few rings that we were trying to sell, and Cash America offered us $85 to $60 more than the other places had! So I’d say that we definitely walked away happy customers! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process, the store has a wide variety of anything that you made need from electronic devices, tools, and household items. We will definitely be back to do business. Thank you!

One of the managers (female-light colored hair) scolded me in front of a room full of people. Yelled at me and accused me of trashing her store! Lol I was dragging my kayak, that I just bought, down the aisle and made a little noise. I’ve spent my last buck there or any Cash America until that horrible person makes a public apology under my review. What an embarrassing situation.

Would not recommend they this place tries to scam you! Instead of having a automated system to notify you when your 30 days is up like any other pawn shop they wait until they can charge you late fees to notify you so don’t go very shady!

Have used many pawn shops over the years. This is by far the best location ever. These people have become family over the last few years. They are always there to help when we need them: They have bailed us out more times than I can count, Time and Linda are especially fantastic and have some of the best customer service skills I have ever experienced, if you need to pawn something this is where you want to go.

Son bought an old Ps2 from Cash America on Missouri Ave. Got it home and nothing. Was sold as is. Expected nothing back. Went back the next day and employee said no refunds. Manager stepped up and did the right thing. Sometimes morals override store policy. Thanks to the manager.!!!!

I've gone in here on several occasions to sell some gold. They will make sure to go as cheap as humanly possible. I definitely would not recommend selling anything to these people. Your better off going to a family owned pawnshop than this place. Good luck if you do decide to go here... One star.

Guy low balled me told him the place down the street offered me $50 more told me to take the business there so I will. Was rude won't be back to Cash America again.
