Customers praise the ease of ordering, with reorders taking less than 3 minutes, and timely delivery to their homes. CCS is known for its convenient service, with reminders to reorder and a knowledgeable team to assist with various medical devices. While a new customer had a very easy experience, another long-term user was satisfied with the Dexcom G6 devices but experienced a higher failure rate with the upgraded G7 model.
Possibly the worst medical products supplier in the history of suppliers, red tape followed by delays, delays, delays - hours of my time on the phone & sending info............then, at least so far my necessary medical products arrive just days prior to my running out..........If you are sick and desperate this Company... read full comment

The patient portal when inquiring about a prescription will only say in process. When you call, be prepared to wait 1 to 1-1/2hrs before another recording comes on to ask if you would. Like a callback.One of my calls was at 5 pm on a Friday and when 6 pm came, I got disconnected.
