Please and thank you go a long way, especially when you're customer facing. Also, when a customer arrives, it would be nice if the person helping would focus on the customer for the few minutes the customer is there instead of focusing on coworkers and such.

The drive through is closed and the chase access loby is closed. What good does this do for chase bankers. You give me no perks for debit. PNC will give me free access and perks. I’m done with yall.
