I also had the same problem with “the old man”. I have a mortgage w/ Chase so when I got a mailer that promised me $300 for opening an account, I decided to give them a chance. “The old man” was rude, impatient, condescending. He assured me that he would submit the required Direct Deposit forms and everything would happen smoothly and it might take 2 months or so for the order to change my Direct Deposit to Chase. I checked after 30 days, no Direct Deposit, 60 days, the same. On my third month, which was the time limit, still no DD.
I went to the bank and luckily met Lili, the Manager, and she told me that I ALSO had to contact the holder of my funds to verify my request. She promised to take this failure of communication to her superiors upon successful Deposit and get the bonus reinstated. She also alluded that the “old man” was gone. Well, today is the day and if Lili can work some magic, all will be well, if not, I just got an offer from Suntrust that is equal to Chase’s. It took maybe 6 minutes to verify my request and 90 days of waiting to see it’s fruition after Lilies tutorial.
As an aside, when I opened the account, I asked for checks and “the old man” was shocked and said that no one uses checks and it would cost like $50 USD to order them. I was shocked and told him to rip up the paperwork and close the account. He generously had 2 checks printed and I should consider this a gift.
Now, I’m an “old man” and I was taught that the customer has a right to be treated well, I am not sorry that he is gone as his role at Chase was the perfect definition of a sinecure (without a reason) position. He laughed at me when I asked about rate of return on a savings account. How dare he have the audacity to laugh at MY MONEY.
I shall amend this review pending outcome.
Well, I got my $300 and have NEVER had a single problem with my accounts. It has been good.

I think they need more staff. Been in line for 10 mins and the only teller is chatting with the customer and there are 5 other staff who “can’t help”.

Wow. Very please at the service a Mr. Natesh provided for me at this location, though it is not my branch. Really felt attended to as he helped me upload my debit card to my phone. Is te h illiterates need love too. Thanks!

I used the app to deposit my checks. This week it stated it was returned and I went there for them to tell me they couldn't locate. Now I have to wait another week to actually get paid. Even tho when I took the pics on app it told me there was 0$ available that day but the very next day app stated all was available to use. So when I used it it caused my account to be negative. Only because the app told me it was available to use. So that means it cleared right? Why tell me after I started using funds why not right there since I is a computer and they make it do whatever it does because a person controls a computer

We have been with Chase for many years. Great bank. Great service. I have had more success with this bank than any of the others. They do a pro job.

Someone needs to fix the door to the outside ATM. It’s been almost a year and the door to the ATM still does not open after hours by swiping your card. Card scanner Works fine at every other chase and allows the door to open.

As usual their customer service utterly fails to grasp the concept of customer service. I'm not even surprised, anymore. It's also completely inconsistent from one branch to the next.

Please and thank you go a long way, especially when you're customer facing. Also, when a customer arrives, it would be nice if the person helping would focus on the customer for the few minutes the customer is there instead of focusing on coworkers and such.

I’m not (yet) a Chase client. I’m with WF a few stores down. I often deposit business cheques at this Chase branch. The positive vibe and kindness; their eagerness to serve, always with a smile, is admirable.

Management has no idea what their doing. Terrible location to handle serious banking matters. The tellers are awesome and the ATM always works.
