We were very pleased with the service from Chase and how each employee approached the customer. The people at the front desk were very welcoming and willing to find the best solution for our specific case. The banker Chris was very professional and friendly. My mom and I were able to schedule one appointment and in one sitting we applied for my Chase credit and debit cards and were approved right away, and with Chris’s extensive knowledge were able to get all our questions answered. Chris followed up with a call a few days later checking if the credit and debit cards had arrived and if we had any questions. We were very satisfied with Chris’ service and customer focus.

Very poor customer service. I just went in to make a deposit the in lobby ATM option self deposit kiosk doesn't accept coins which I was not notified of. I stood in line for 15 min waiting to make a cash deposit with a staff member just standing around not offering to help me with my deposit. I left, no deposit made, big waist of time.

Went for a notary signature for a usps form. I was told I needed a witness and that she wouldn't sign it. I asked what was the difference between a notary and a witness and didn't get a clear explanation. She referred me to ups. They signed it with no problems and a $10 charge.

Do NOT go here unless you want to get called for years, and years. We moved away from here in 2018, and they still call, even after repeatedly asking them to Do Not Call.

Atrizi Vargas-Arvizu was the woman who helped me. She gave me her business card in case I needed to follow up. I was so impressed with her professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to help me with a few questions I had about multi-bank account transfers. She was so thoughtful.

Karis has been extremely helpful like beyond words . I was actually turned away when I first walked for not having an apt . It was extremely frustrating but she took control and ended up helping me with everything I needed , I absolutely am so grateful for her kindness and assertive nature . If you find yourself at this location , ask for Karis you will not be dissatisfied.

I'm sixty nine years old. NEVER have I ever had to make an appointment to open a checking account. Never ever. Right in the door they put on their happy face, but couldn't care less about actually doing business with you. No wonder there are sooo many bad reviews on here.

Horrible customer service. Said it would take an hour to open a simple checking account. Setup an appointment but was 35 mins late due to some work emergencies that could not be avoided.I went down the street to a different, large competitor bank and they opened my account up in less than 30 minutes.The fact that the branch manager wouldn’t even try to open the account up in the remaining 26 minutes of my scheduled appointment is frustrating to say the least. Especially since they made sure to get copies of all the documentation a couple days prior.Inefficient and unwilling to help out existing customers. Especially the branch manger, Tracy Pereida.Go to a different branch or take a trip to the bank right down the road!
