I think I have written 2 or 3 reviews in my lifetime, and were all good because I used to think bad reviews were not necessary and one bad day of an employee to get a bad review isn't fair. However this time I find the absolute need to write this negative review for an employee at a specific Circle K I go to on the Night (overnight) shift. The store # is 4009 on McMullen Booth in Clearwater. The employee's name is John and every single time I have him take care of me in the store he Is nothing but rude and very obnoxious. If you are going to work in customer service you need to be friendly and helpful and not make you feel like a bother and cannot wait to get out of the store. When I see him in there I really don't want to go in but I figure I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that he had a bad night or two Or three or four in the past. John huffs and puffs when he has to stop what he's doing to go to the register and take care of me but I always say hello and he just literally ignores me. I have tried to talk to him just to be nice but he never responds nor does he even look at me, it makes me feel very uncomfortable. If I ask him how much something cost or just have a general question about merchandise He seems very annoyed to answer me and most times he ignores me or he gives me a very abrupt obnoxious response. He is a terrible customer service Employee and I think he may even be a manager. Tonight was exceptionally bad. I went to buy cigarettes and said hello as usual as he just kept his face down with a very annoyed and rude look on his face and Said nothing. There were little things that were in a basket to buy and I put a couple on the counter to buy them. He took my money I said have a good night and he just walked away. I forgot my stuff on the counter and I am so sure that as I walked out and he didn't say anything There was a card on the side that said something about going on the app for a discount and I asked him how to use it and he rudely said to me just go on the app and find out. I left the store leaving my stuff on the counter and started to drive away and decided, you know what I've had it and something needs to be done so I went to walk in the store to ask him the store number and he said oh you forgot your stuff on the counter. I would've left and never got my stuff and probably wouldn't have realized until I got home. Any other Employee 100% would have walked out of the store to tell me thaat I left my stuff there but he just didn't care to do that. I've seen employees run after cars to catch the customer to give them their stuff. Anyway this is why I decided to write a bad review for this employee because he needs to either get a different job or change his attitude because I do not want to go into that store and I go to Circle K for all my gas, cigarettes and anything else that I need, probably for the past five or six years and he is the only employee who has ever made me feel like this. Once again his name is John and he works the overnight shift. If any of you have had this experience with him I suggest you write it up on here.

Stopped in the store during our group bike ride. The man behind the counter was nasty and confrontational about us being in the front of the store. At no time did we block the doorway or parking spaces for vehicles. Had a mechanical issue with one of the bikes that a few of the guys were working on so standing close to each other but not in anyones way. Kevin (name on his tag) comes out the door and threatens to call the police if we don't leave immediately. We bought items in the store and stop there regularly on our rides (four rides weekly). The management of this store should do something about this mans attitude.

Why are the clerks requiring I.D. to purchase Lottery Scratch off tickets. Are you building a Data base to mail advertisements? Someone please explain. I will not be going in there for anything until that stops..

I went to get gas. I waited patiently while ladies were getting their lotto tickets. The man offered to help me then my I gave him $20 bill. He stated that he can’t take cash?? He was advised that my dog was in the car and I couldn’t wait to long. I was also made to walk back and forth to the pump etc and I have COPD. Then I went to the machine to pay. This boy kept making snide remarks. If you don’t know how to be polite to customers YOU SHOULDN’T HAVE THAT JOB!!! Don’t go to this gas station. Just rude. Wont be going back

They got mad one morning because I take four hash browns per morning for work. Apparently I'm not supposed to buy something even if it's laying there. Go figure I can't help it your lazy or don't have enough people and make only a small amount. Don't sell them then

The staff are horrible. rude and arrogant, they will ignore you standing at the checkout and then give you an attitude. If you want to visit a convenience store this isn’t it. You would save time by going into Walmart

Cashier is Terrible..STORE is disgustingly dirty..even when you put your money on COUNTER..it is so dirty..mentioned it..cashier said who cares..This us the Curcle K in Safety Harbor on McMullen Booth...to be Specific
