Citi Trends is an inexpensive place to dress your whole family and deck out your house, especially for school shopping. The staff is very nice, polite, courteous, and extremely helpful. They always greet you and readily help search the store for items. Customers have nothing but respect for the employees, who make visits worthwhile even when shoppers don't find what they are looking for or when conditions are challenging.

walked into the store with a friendly and upbeat “welcome in” and checked out with with a friendly and upbeat “thank you for stopping by in” Jokari and Sonya are a great pair to have up front and center for excellent customer service service…we drive 45 minutes to go to this location. Great staff
