Had a few issues when I took my kids to the movies asked to speak to the Manager and when Ken came out I explained the situation and he handled it exactly how it should have been. Thank you Ken!!!

Paid for DBOX seats. DBOX wasn't working. The seats were in awful shape. Most had the fake leather all chipped off and missing. I feel like we paid for a premium experience but watched a first run film on a 3rd run dollar theater. The picture and sound were good.

I like cmx, especially the chairs, but the volume is always Extremely Loud and I hate it. It actually hurts my ears.
