One of the employees I Keaton crashed my car has a lawsuit against my insurance and in any taking responsibility for it I wonder if that’s the kind of people that they love to hire and I’m the one who got him this job seems like they don’t hire good people

I had the pleasure of hiring College Hunk Junk Removal. These gentlemen were friendly, professional, prompt and courteous. They provided outstanding customer service and I would absolutely recommend there services 1000 Percent. I will definitely be using there services again in the future. 100 out of 10 would absolutely recommend.

Was quoted $700 and once everything was loaded up was told it was $2000, run away from these scammers

I was very disappointed with the outcome of my move. Aiden, the lead mover, was absolutely kind and wonderful. The assistant mover was rude and blatantly made comments about the quality of my furniture. He broke my bed frame in the process and although I paid $170 for valuation option coverage, I received no compensation for the broken bed, just the $170 I paid to cover my items in the first place. Customer service was unkind after filing a claim. I even took photos of the damage and customer service was unresponsive.

Great guys, worked hard, got it done quick. They were super nice and were careful with the furniture. Wouldn't want anyone else helping with a move. Max and Dom you're the best.

Once was enough. First of all the men who come are unfit and lazy. It took them over three hours to do a simple job and all they basically did was complain. They damaged my furniture. Despite you signing something with them that states they are responsible for damage or anything lost or stolen, they do not back up that agreement. This is a SCAM. The owner acts like he’s helpful, but he’s very dismissive and unregulated. Also, they’ll have you insist on tipping them cash and sign documents before they’re finished. I advise that you do not do that. Only sign when the job is completed because they’ll take off and they will not finish the job. Definitely not worth the money.

Do yourself a favor and hire a different moving company. Terrible communication with the business. I was told on the phone they would be able to remove doors on a fridge & when they arrived they were unable to do so, I had to disassemble a fridge just for them to move it. Young guys who are super care-less and take their time because you’re paying by the hour. I understand it might not be the best job but the young guy was sighing and complaining the entire time. Just not a “stress free” move like they make it seem on the phone. Also they damaged by brand new fridge & left dents on the side. Just do yourself a favor & take your money elsewhere, I really wish I would’ve shopped around.

They did not finish the job and you cannot reach anyone for help. This group is a local company that is hired by the national company. Do yourself a favor and contract someone else

My move took place on May 29th where my scale was dropped by the movers and completely shattered. I emailed the information requested regarding the scale on May 30th. It is now July 22nd and I have not received a single response regarding this claim. This is regarding a $65 scale. I don’t understand what is taking so long and also why I haven’t received a response from anyone. I have followed up five times and I am not getting a response. This is totally unacceptable.

I had an appointment made and they were a no-call no-show. I called the number and I was told the owner and manager were notified, and still no response. Such a poor quality company.

We are a family of maximalists. We have a LOT of items, including enough books to fill a library, as well as a vast collection of extremely delicate antique furniture, oddities, 100+ year old items that are all INCREDIBLY fragile. Max and Casey were on time, courteous, professional, and were to put it bluntly: a dream come true when it comes to having professional movers handling your things. They wrapped all of my delicate furniture as if it were their own. They moved everything amazingly fast, yet with the care and attention to every minute detail-as if they were literally moving their own family or their own things.There are not enough words to explain how much of a breath of fresh air these gentleman were, and being a recently retired military veteran my standards are often impossible to reach.I will absolutely be using this company again, and requesting these gentleman if they are still with this company then. Do not hesitate to call and set your appointment today.PS, ALWAYS TIP YOUR MOVERS! THEY WORK EXTREMELY HARD AND IN FLORIDA, UNDER EXTREME CONDITIONS.

Do not use this company!!!! They hire unexperienced drivers who have no knowledge on how to operate dump trucks with prior tickets on their record!!! My car was recently hit by one of their drivers who stated he did not see me when trying to merge at a RED LIGHT, LOL. I had a police report filed because my vehicle was no longer drivable and of course, due to insurance reasons. The driver was issued a ticket for reckless driving. Now, their SHADY and SKETCHY insurance company has not contacted me after I've been waiting three weeks to hear back on my claim. Guess who's stuck with paying for a rental and all the damages THEIR DRIVER caused? Me of course, because this business refuses to own up to the mistakes of their own employee. What kind of business allows themselves to willingly have a bad reputation? If you know your driver was at fault (regardless or not of Florida being at no fault state), why can't you pay for the damages? Isn't that what insurance is for? I do not recommend this business to anyone!!!

Requested online estimate. Immediately get text that they tried calling which they did not. I call and they have to schedule onsite estimate. I tell her that I don't have time so she asked for me inventory, after I give her inventory over the phone she tells me onsite estimate is required. Estimate can't be done until 4 days later and 2 days before the move. SUCH A WASTE OF MY TIME. 20 MINUTES ON THE PHONE FOR NOTHING. No point in having online service if you cant do online.
