Not a real store!! The girl working was disinterested and rude and then told me I needed to be a professional cosmetologist to even shop there! This is not made clear anywhere, don't bother entering this fake store that doesn't let you make purchases!!!!

I have been going to this location for many years before and after owning two hair salons.I have always gotten along with assorted managers and employees.Not anymore.Christina was informed that after trying to place an order for liters of shampoo and conditioner her employee hung up on me.Christina was not in when I called .I tried to speak to Pat her employee three times.First she wasn’t in until 11:00.Then she was at the bank.The third time they put me through she said I’m off the clock and hung up on me.
Corporate was nice enough to send the items without a shipping charge.
No phone call from manager Christina apologizing .Today she calls to tell me that the shampoo is in.I will never use this Cosmoprof location again.

Cosmoprof is for licensed professionals in the Beauty industry to shop at wholesale prices. It is not open to the public. They always have the most helpful and friendliest staff and will go above and beyond to get the products you need.

The associated are alway nice and helpful. I’m only giving this store 3 stars because they never have sufficient inventory. I primarily shop at competitor because of this issue. This location would get so much more business if they would stock their shelves. When I need to pick up some items from CosmoProf and say I have a list of 6 items I’m lucky to leave with 3. I hope a regional manager reads this to see this is an issue. Other than that problem, this store is great!

The store was very clean and employees very nice. My daughter ended up buying 2 liter shampoos and 2 conditioners for the price of 1 of each! We were very thankful! Also, they had the color of Nail Envy that both of my daughters wanted, but didn't show they had online and just the 2 left in store (perfect amount liked it was meant to be). So that was a nice surprise!
