Natalie the (pharmacy tech) is phenomenal. She greets everyone with a warm smile and pleasant conversation. She makes sure your meds are correct, every time. She even knows me by name! I love that! Whatever recognition program the pharmacy may have, Natalie needs to be recognized at the highest level. She’s a pleasure to be seen by.

Matt and the staff are amazing! They are helpful and kind. Know that if you use a discount like Good RX that it overrides your Costco member discount and will not reset until you have them change it. Be sure to check and see that you did get your Costco member discount on your scripts. Also, know that they change up their generic manufacturers according to whoever is the cheapest when they do their ordering, so you may want to avoid certain generics. While they save me a ton of money, they are not always the cheapest. Use an app like GoodRX or SingleCare to check prices at other pharmacies. I save $200-300 on one migraine medication by not getting it from Costco.

Good pharmacy, great response time and nice pharmacists. Heads up just make sure you always get the same brand of pills, sometimes they will switch the generic name but it’s always good to stay consistent with the same generic pills ?

ALL costco employees and customer service are the rude and non caring. Feels like a mill. They do not go out of their way to help. They just want to get you out of the building. They have self checkout but they don't let you check out yourself. Reasons why I go to self check out so other people don't touch my groceries. Especially the one that kept on rubbing her nose. My daughter and I were treated bad at the Clearwater store. DOES COSTCO EVEN CARE? DOUBT IT!!!!

We received a Costco membership as a gift. Decided today would be a great day to go and get our cards. Arrived at 9:30 (oops, they open at 10). At 10:05, we again pulled in the lot. We couldn't believe the number people there. We had a brief wait at customer service; however, the supervisor was extremely personable and helpful, so that was okay. The aisles were crowded and chaotic, but the store was well-stocked. Additionally, the aisles do not have a directory at the ends, which does make shopping a bit cumbersome. We bought a few items and saw a few things we'll buy our next visit. Checkout was fast. We were aware that their policy is to accept Visa cards only (used to be American Express). Luckily, we had cash, but there were numerous ATMs (long lines at each). All in all, we're glad we have a membership again.

I love Costco so I will be back here, but this is a poorly designed Costco with the longest lines I've ever seen at any Costco in both the gas station and check out area and just too many people everywhere it's hard to move or get anywhere, if you don't have 2 hours set aside to go here, don't go. They also frequently run out of shopping carts. I avoid going on weekends but still run into this. Prices are good and I like a lot of their products.

Costco is great! I truly enjoy shopping there. There customer service is phenomenal. Every Costco I've ever been to always has great customer service. The culture of the store is just great. You can find all kinds of deals and great items. The best part is their super affordable food court. Pizza, chicken bake, hotdogs, sandwich's, 69 cent soda! You can't beat those prices anywhere else.

I don't shop much at Costco. Most products are good. I did purchase a patio set by RST Brands three years ago (sofa, two chairs and a coffee table). I paid over $2k. The set has completely disintegrated. The cushions as well as the covering on the furniture. I contacted RST Brand who will not do anything for me. Stay away from RST Brand.

This place scream American excess. Long line. Big carts. Packed parking lots. Huge products. Free samples. Absent customer service. It is very overwhelming, so be prepared. But most everyone knows what they're getting into when they visit. Some of the prices are amazing. The meat is hard to beat price-wise I will need to be strategic with my visits.

Yesterday my wife joined Costco after the employee at the door Older lady with short blonde hair with glasses did everything in her power to talk my wife into NOT joining. My wife was telling me how odd that was when she got home. We went back today 9-27-23 and the same lady who was trying her best to talk my wife into not joining was working the membership desk. I had to get a membership card since i wasn't with her yesterday. My experience today was good until we had to deal with Costco employees. I can't believe how rude they are. We did the self checkout and one of the employees swarmed on us and did something to our scanner while we were scanning. Then she had some smart mouth comment. What in the hell is wrong with this store and its employees? Is management that piss poor that's it's rubbing off on it's employees?? We purchased several items today one being rotisserie chicken. Once we got home had one bite and it's all rubbery. I wouldnt even feed it to our dogs. Now we have to take it back and it's a good 20 min drive each way. We've been members at Sam's Club for over 30 years and still are. We've never had any issues at Sam's Club! I regret that my wife joined Costco! Nothing but a shit show. BEWARE

I have been a Costco fan for years, then I moved to Florida. The Costco's I've encountered in Florida are way inferior to the rest. The attitude of the staff and management is as if they don't want to really do the job or be there. They are doing you a big favor to help. The pharmacy staff are the most unprofessional I have encountered. Store inventory is always low, basic groceries are often missing from the shelves & the bargains are no longer available. I can get what I need at Walmart without paying any more than the cost at Costco but without the membership fee. I think the attitude is rampant in Florida, everywhere in Florida but I dont see paying for membership in costco anymore when I can get attitude for free. I will not renew this year after about 20 years of membership. I am guessing Costco has new leadership.

Super busy on weekends. Great GAS Prices, always. Great for industrial shopping, big families, etc. they also have their own brand, Kirkland. They have organic produce/products. 40bottles of water, cheap! Good quality and selection of meat! Samples on selected days. Food court amazing! Great prices, great food!

(Atmosphere, Service, Food, Price & Overall Experience).Atmosphere: 3 It's a food court on the side of a wholesale store, need I say more. But it's clean and super quick. Unless I'm starving I get mine to go. Service: 5 You place your order in the kiosk, it sprints a tickets and then pick up your food. It's not fancy however it is quick, and attentive. Food: 5 Okay here's what I really ant to share.... My brother took me in for my first time to this and I have my nose stuck up in the air ignorant but he told me trust me is tasty, I went along with it and so glad I did. The chicken bake is one of the ugliest looking things I've eaten and yet I love them. They are this deliciously yummy baked loaf of bread with chunks of chicken and little bits of bacon with cheese and light spices mixed in them. Then more cheese and spices are sprinkled in the outer top which makes it look burnt and nasty coming out of the oven but oh my goodness so tasty! Price: 5 You can get this tasty treat for less than $4 bucks and I sometime buy multiple to take home and they are just as tasty if not tastier later cold or reheated. In a jam this little diamond has saved me form becoming a snicker hungry diva. Overall Experience: 5 Love love the ugly baked chicken stick.
