High Quality Products at a maximum of 14% over cost (15% for Kirkland Brand). This is the lowest markup in retail. Costco customer loyalty is no accident. Added to great prices for exceptional quality is the fact that Costco employees are treated well. Join me in gleefully shredding a Sam's club card. I drive way out of my way to shop at Costco and am happy to do it!

Decent wine selection and value. Great for bulk items such as paper products and water. We even found potting soil at a great value. Many food items not seen in grocery stores. Checkout is efficient and well handled. Parking at time a little problematical because of popularity of store.

Love Costco but literally just watched the person at the food court pick at/inside her nose with a gloved hand and then continue to touch food and cups. Middle-aged blond with glasses.

Yes everything is Big and plenty of it.
First place I check on anything I want to buy is Costco. My comfort is my peace of mind. If all decisions failed choice is wrong, don’t like quality, found a better price or item is damaged go back and you lose nothing financially. I’m very happy with most of what I’ve brought home. Patio umbrellas , tools, garden supplies etc by 90% of total merchandise cumulative purchases. Membership fee is a bit high for some people.

So easy to shop, prices by bulk so much cheaper than buying what's needed for one meal,
I save more money

I’ve had my Costco membership for almost a year now, and when it comes to products, I’m very satisfied. The quality and portion sizes make shopping here convenient and worthwhile. However, the customer service is absolutely terrible.
From the managers to the cashiers, the overall attitude of the staff is one of complete indifference. They are not proactive, they show no interest in helping, and on multiple occasions, they don’t even respond when spoken to. It’s frustrating because I come here often, and every visit has been just as disappointing in terms of service.
It’s a shame because the store concept is great, but the lack of customer service makes for a negative experience. I really hope they improve in this area since there aren’t many other store options nearby.
