Low cost and great service! I made an appointment for a tpms sensor replacement. The mechanics walked me through the process and made sure that I was aware of everything and comfortable with the service/pricing. They were fast with the repair and I was out in an hour or less. Jackie at the front desk was lovely and very helpful! Thanks again!

i had my tires replaced on may 21, 2025, and also on June 2, 2025, Costco scanned my tire sensors replacing 2. On both occasions, Jacqui Flynn greeted me and handled my service. Jacqui is an exemplary employee - the best ever!!!

This review would have been a 4.. BUT after picking up the tires and discovering that the service department only inflated the tires by 1/2 of what was required. Definitely disappointing and unsafe. Called and left a message for the manager to call me.. but never heard back. Be careful

Had my tires changed today. Jackie , front desk lady, one of the rudest and mean person I have ever met. I was told I would receive a call when my vehicle was ready. Wasted 40 min waiting for my car that have been ready an hour before. Terrible service.

We purchased $1400 in tires from Costco, and had them put on at the Clearwater Tire Center. Jackie at the front desk was one of the rudest individuals I've ever encountered. We had scheduled an appointment ahead of time, but still waited almost two hours for the tires to be put on. We have since canceled our membership, and will never be back. Sam's Club is cheaper and somehow mastered the art of respect. To be clear, we saw numerous people (while waiting for two hours) be spoken down to by said person.

Bought tires from Costco, waited two freaking hours only to be told they are ill-equipped to install the tires that they sold. Garbage.

I had an appointment for 2 tires to be patched, and both tires damage was well within the patchable range of the tires tread. Both tires were in the bed of my truck so they didn't have to put my truck on a lift to work on them. Only one tire was patched, they stated they were unable to patch the other tire due to a previous repair in the same spot. That's fair, I understand not wanting to touch it for liability reasons, but when I asked for a refund for the one tire that wasn't patched, they said that they were unable to refund me for the one time because "I paid for the inspection of the tire". No work was performed, they didn't take the tire off the wheel or make any attempt at a repair. They visually looked at it and circled it with white marker then told me no. I don't understand why you would charge someone for a tire repair knowing that it isn't something you can fix, then arguing with them that you "inspected it" and refuse a refund. I don't care about the $10 or $12 it costs, but it's the principal of charging for something when no work was done, with the knowledge beforehand that no work would be done. Tony's attitude was terrible and I would not recommend coming here for any service to be done on your car. I'd rather trust Firestone, and EVERYONE knows that they suck.

I called and scheduled an appointment, however whenever I went in to get my tires changed, they said I wasn’t actually scheduled and have to find another day to put me in. I get that it’s busy, but you could at least do your job correctly and schedule people PROPERLY to make EVERYONE’S lives easier.
Additionally- the lady working, with the short, red hair.. she needs to not be such a rude employee. Yelling angrily into the phone (saw her do this plenty as I was in line), and to not act so condescending. I had my paperwork, and clearly stated my information and my time, and she acted like I was a fool who knew nothing and basically “walked-in” instead of being scheduled (which is paragraph 1)

Upon arrival, I was informed by the gentleman, the front that they do not work on cars with spacers. As frustrating as that was, I understood why. I requested them to NOT replace the lug locks that I installed, considering I will be REMOVING the wheel to put the spacer back on. They put them back on. Thankfully I purchased them online, and didn’t have to pay labor. Just another way to rope you in to the scam of this tire shop. Save yourself the energy.

I just left this tire center and I’ve never been treated so rudely by a Costco employee.
I won’t mention her name but will say she was very masculine with red hair. She should really get a new career . I had an appointment to get four tire sensors replaced . I took my time to come up there, arrange for a ride back and it turns out they did not have the parts and she told me they cannot get the parts and that I would have to buy them myself and that they would put them on for me. I wish somebody told me that when I made the appointment, she took great pleasure in the fact that I was inconvenienced. I will say I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Costco‘s tire centers. This was the first time I was treated rudely.

I live about 30 minutes away from this Costco in Altamonte Springs. Probably my favorite location very happy with the new gas station that they put on the corner. Easy to get into. Seems like the lines are more manageable since they upgraded you can see there are three pumps, and if anyone's in line and which one to go toalways a better savings for gas Costco

My rating is solely for the clusterf*ck of the Costco Gas lines. There are 4 lines to feed into the 6 lanes of fueling. Far left goes to the far left lane. 2nd from left goes to lane 2. 3rd from left goes to lane 3 (and possibly squeeze into 4). The 4th line is the ONLY line that feeds into lanes 4, 5 AND 6. Freaking ridiculous how much longer it takes It would be so easy to create three lines that feed into each pair of lanes. Come on Costco it's not rocket science. ! Until Costco fixes this, make sure you get on the far right lane
