The tire departments team at this Clearwater Costco is beyond amazing! Jonathan that works in this department is so efficient, great at customer service making sure customers were all taken care of along with his colleagues!

I live about 30 minutes away from this Costco in Altamonte Springs. Probably my favorite location very happy with the new gas station that they put on the corner. Easy to get into. Seems like the lines are more manageable since they upgraded you can see there are three pumps, and if anyone's in line and which one to go toalways a better savings for gas Costco

My rating is solely for the clusterf*ck of the Costco Gas lines. There are 4 lines to feed into the 6 lanes of fueling. Far left goes to the far left lane. 2nd from left goes to lane 2. 3rd from left goes to lane 3 (and possibly squeeze into 4). The 4th line is the ONLY line that feeds into lanes 4, 5 AND 6. Freaking ridiculous how much longer it takes It would be so easy to create three lines that feed into each pair of lanes. Come on Costco it's not rocket science. ! Until Costco fixes this, make sure you get on the far right lane

ALL costco employees and customer service are the rude and non caring. Feels like a mill. They do not go out of their way to help. They just want to get you out of the building. They have self checkout but they don't let you check out yourself. Reasons why I go to self check out so other people don't touch my groceries. Especially the one that kept on rubbing her nose. My daughter and I were treated bad at the Clearwater store. DOES COSTCO EVEN CARE? DOUBT IT!!!!

We received a Costco membership as a gift. Decided today would be a great day to go and get our cards. Arrived at 9:30 (oops, they open at 10). At 10:05, we again pulled in the lot. We couldn't believe the number people there. We had a brief wait at customer service; however, the supervisor was extremely personable and helpful, so that was okay. The aisles were crowded and chaotic, but the store was well-stocked. Additionally, the aisles do not have a directory at the ends, which does make shopping a bit cumbersome. We bought a few items and saw a few things we'll buy our next visit. Checkout was fast. We were aware that their policy is to accept Visa cards only (used to be American Express). Luckily, we had cash, but there were numerous ATMs (long lines at each). All in all, we're glad we have a membership again.

I came on Friday, picked out tires and made an appointment. Came for my appointment and they had no record of me making an appointment and they sold the tires that I picked out. And told me if I wanted different tires, it would be several hours wait.

Was just in, not even 15 minutes ago on 1/14/2024 and had a cashier named Lisa tell us that Costco Tire Center ONLY accepts appointments for service. She said they stopped walk-in service. When we questioned it, she doubled down on the lie which contradicts what's on their own website.

I love Costco so I will be back here, but this is a poorly designed Costco with the longest lines I've ever seen at any Costco in both the gas station and check out area and just too many people everywhere it's hard to move or get anywhere, if you don't have 2 hours set aside to go here, don't go. They also frequently run out of shopping carts. I avoid going on weekends but still run into this. Prices are good and I like a lot of their products.

Costco is great! I truly enjoy shopping there. There customer service is phenomenal. Every Costco I've ever been to always has great customer service. The culture of the store is just great. You can find all kinds of deals and great items. The best part is their super affordable food court. Pizza, chicken bake, hotdogs, sandwich's, 69 cent soda! You can't beat those prices anywhere else.

I don't shop much at Costco. Most products are good. I did purchase a patio set by RST Brands three years ago (sofa, two chairs and a coffee table). I paid over $2k. The set has completely disintegrated. The cushions as well as the covering on the furniture. I contacted RST Brand who will not do anything for me. Stay away from RST Brand.

I have been using Costco Tire for 10 years or so. Many different cars and tires, never any issue.Since I switched to Tesla somehow magically Costco cannot seem to be able to fix flats in the same tire brand they fixed before.Just this month I brought 2 vehicles there and have been given all kinds of reasons from the type of glue all the way to the tire material etc. just being beyond what they are able to handle.Really? They fixed the same tires on different vehicles before. In fact you have other Costco Tire locations right now still fixing these tires so how come this location is so far behind them?If this is true then their “expertise” have declined a lot and is behind even small tire shops at this point who all can actually fix my tires and they are saying there is NO difference between fixing these or those tires that Costco claims they can fix.By the way Sam’s Club also can fix these tires so maybe Costco Tire is just falling behind the times.

Costco Tire Clearwater: Bad service and lack of responsibilityI am very disappointed with the service I received at Costco Clearwater. I paid a lot of money for 4 tires and expected quality service. Instead, I received poor service that resulted in damage to my vehicle. The representative who answered the phone told me that the manager gave orders NOT to respond for damages to the car that was taken there. This is a total lack of responsibility. Auto repair shops are responsible for damage caused to vehicles during the repair process.I suggest people think twice before taking their car to Costco Clearwater to change tires. Service may be poor and there is no guarantee that your vehicle will not be damaged.

This place scream American excess. Long line. Big carts. Packed parking lots. Huge products. Free samples. Absent customer service. It is very overwhelming, so be prepared. But most everyone knows what they're getting into when they visit. Some of the prices are amazing. The meat is hard to beat price-wise I will need to be strategic with my visits.

Tires were down to almost nothing in half mileage. Refused warranty based on “mechanical damage” . Poor excuse as they did not have any issues with all rotations until now

Just called for prices. The lady talking over the phone very rude and disrespectful. I Only asked how much was going to replace 4 tires and the price out the door. Her replied was "don't your have a calculator?" Later she added "We are enabling society"... Sorry, not buying 4 tires from you due to a horrible, disgusting customer service. She needs to learn basic human treatment and customer service manners. She's a a complete embarrassment for Costco.
