This is the worst cricket location I ever been to. I purchased a hotspot plan the woman who did the transaction informed me the hotspot would slow down when I ran out of the gigabyte, which was the 20 gigs, but she did not tell me that it would run out of data with one night of streaming after I informed her I was using it for streaming purposes for my television when I came in to do the return on the six day it stated on the receipt I had to return it within 7 days the second associate that I spoke to told me that day was the last day to return it, which didn’t make no sense if the receipt say seven days and on top of that, I need the original card which once again was not informed to me when I spoke to the first associate about the return process if I didn’t like it she did not mention that, and on top of that, there was no alternatives given no store credit or anything This was a gift if somebody did not like a gift or the gift did not work out there should be alternatives aside from having the original purchaser have to come to the store to do any transaction and if that’s not an option, that should be vocalize when customers are making purchases and on top of that because they are a franchise and not corporate, I could not go to a different location to handle this zero customer service satisfaction never had a problem ……3 phones and 6 years of being a customer never had a problem till I came here I even called the other locations and they informed me that the processing was incorrect on how they handle this very disappointed a wasted $136

Yohen had the absolute best customer service. It was a 2 hour process, and even after 2 hours She was patient, and went through every obstacle and still completed the task AND was so kind. 10/10
