I’m sorry to say that I’m completely and utterly put off by my experience yesterday at the store. I said to the store person, a gentleman that I absolutely love crocs and I purchased two pairs however one pair broke at three places and so I have concerns before buying more and they had one pair that were perfect. Sadly he showed no remorse at all yet said I’d I buy this pair and it breaks I can return and when asked how long after the purchase he replied 45 days!!! Really an expensive item and only 45 days guarantee
Sadly I walked out. We send them an email yet no luck!! I’m afraid I will no longer buy crocs!! Come on Crocs!! You can do better.

I purchased a pair of crocs for my son as a Christmas present And as a boy he wore them for a day and they broke completely off the side … usually crocs are extremely Sturdy, At least in experience, so made a claim specifically letting them know that it was damaged because they were only less than a week old and worn less than a day at this point, so the email sent me to the croc outlet at country side mall where the young lady was so rude and adamantly refused to even look at my phone where the return was issued so she called Charlotte the so called manager and she was so unprofessional it was astonishing she was in management. Also refused anything and told me to call whoever she didn’t care and nothing would come of it …Her and the ugly inside and out cashier with a horrible wig line, who refused me without even looking at my return that sent me to them in the first place.
This has completely ruined my experience for crocs as a valued customer for over eight years. I’ve never had crocs break so easily or be so poorly made. I have my receipt proof that I had had them less than a week And they still refuse to even look at it on Christmas of all times of the year.
This is how they made me feel, imagine how many other customers are going to leave behind the poor choices and acts of these so-called employees you allow to represent Crocs!

I was the only customer at the store, looking for a specific crocs for my son, received the worst customer service, as if the employees work there for free, as I walked in, two of them having a chitchat didn’t bother to offer any help.

Braden and Elsie are so helpful here! I’ve seen Braden here a few times and he’s always very helpful and keeps his eye out for a Rays jibit I’ve been searching for. Very good experience at this store!

It takes me forever to pick out my crocs and jibbitz to get the perfect match but Charlotte was there to help me make my perfect pair of crocs!! She was so patient with me and helped me make the cutest crocs!
