I received the rate change notice in my mail and immediately called my location, thinking I was going to have to negotiate and over explain. But exactly the opposite happened there was no push back, they simply asked what would work for my budget and entered in the system, no problem.

I’ve always had great experiences with this company. I’ve had multiple storage units and every interaction has been great. The place kept extremely clean. Comfort controlled very reasonably priced everything I could ask for in a storage facility.
