First I was given the runaround about my insurance which was totally unnecessary for me to call the insurance company and the doctor back. Then I was told that the medicine would be ready in 1 hour. It has been 1 hour and 40 minutes and I have been asked to drive around the store twice because it's still not ready. I would have been happy to wait several hours to come pick up the medicine as I am very ill and don't appreciate having to sit in my car all this time. Very unprofessional. Bad communication. Will not be returning to the CVS. I find the gentleman that is in this pharmacy at this time to be not very customer service friendly.

I reported to them weeks ago when I first tested for covid-19 about nests of Wasps they have by the drive thru area. Nothing has been done about it. ??

Excellent service and Pharmacy at this location. Have been using this store location for years. Jennifer, the pharmacy manager is the best in the area, she will always answer your questions and be most helpful to your needs.

The pharmacy at this CVS location is so awful... I really think that they jeopardize the well-being of the people who get their prescriptions filled there. I recently transferred all of my prescriptions to Walgreens instead. Somethings up with this CVS pharmacy... It is seriously miss managed

Sat in drive through 10 minutes only to get told Covid tests are lane one only. There is no sign... So beware. Ignorant pharmacy people.

So on October 16th, 2020. I came at 8:45 pm with my 5 months old baby and right when it turned 9pm the employee name "Zoe" was rushing me out telling me i have to cash out now, she needs to close. I said I'll be on my way.. she keeps staring at me all rude. I asked her can u bring your keys I need something from the shelf, so she goes to grab the keys being ALL RUDE with a serious attitude. after when she got my item she tossed the item on the counter, it fell on the floor.... she picked it up and tossed it again on the counter roughly. so while I was cashing out she was giving me a dirty attitude. (Remember Im holding my 5 months old baby in my Arms) and how rushed I was from her I put in a wrong PIN number. Then she responds to me "loudly" you put in the WRONG PIN! And I was like "okay because I'm feeling rushed". also how fast she was rushing me she didn't charge me for one of the items. (So I got it for free) after when I was all done she was closing the doors VERY AGGRESSIVELY!! I heard a very LOUD SCREAM saying FUCKKKKK YOUUUUU!!!! "WITH ALL HER LUNGS OUT" I turned around and looked at her, i was soo terrified. So the next morning I went back and spoked with her manager name "Tarek". I told him everything that happened last night. he said i will take care of it "that it wasn't right what she did even if it's time to close and your still shopping. she needs to be patient and wait until your done. So I said "ok"... but till today she is still employed there.. And we don't need that type of unprofessional costumer service. Unbelievable.

The manager at this location is great. He really cares about the customers and helping them take advantage of available deals and coupons. Nice guy.

I might like this place but one employee seems to make my life difficult for reasons I can only speculate. I'm guessing narcissism due to lack of empathy for others. If he ever quits or gets fired, I'll likely change my review because I have really no complaints otherwise. The manager seems nice, but I suppose this one employees incessant need to make it difficult for me is just bad enough to sour the whole experience. Unfortunately, I can't change pharmacies.

Sorry but this CVS needs to learn customer service. I walked in store one day and manager her self was having a personal phone call on the work phone as I was waiting to check out. Yes they say hi as you walk in but that's about it. However the pharmacy associates oh my.. every time I come to drop off my script the say it'll take a few hours. Always busy. I have been inside and they don't acknowledge you right away. Rude customer service. I will not be returning here unfortunately.

Sorry to be harsh, but for the most part this store sucks! The only positive aspect is Mark (the guy in the posted photo). He always has a positive attitude and goes above and beyond to help. Besides him, everyone else that works here has a bad attitude and acts like customers are a hinderance rather than the person helping to pay their salary. I used to coupon here all the time, but I stopped as it wasn't worth the hassle. One of the "managers" would always inspect each and every coupon I had with a fine tooth comb to make sure it was a match. He was treating me as a thief. Then, every time the register would "beep" and reject the coupon even though it matched. He wouldn't do anything to override it even though he could and should have. Multiple people who work here have the same MO The store is one of the smallest around, so inventory is limited. The red coupon machine is broken at least half the time. I used to have to use their pharmacy due to my insurance, which was OK most of the time, but sometimes a long wait. Now my insurance requires using Walgreens so I don't come here at all anymore. There's plenty of other CVS in the area with better service and selection. Stay away
