Absolutely the worst place to get your prescriptions Go anywhere else except for here for the love of God it takes 5 minutes to just to maybe try to get an update on a prescription waste of time waste of effort please let the store go out of business

We ordered a prescription RENEWAL five days earlier. First they didn't have it. Then they couldn't find it. Then they said our plan didn't cover the drug. They claimed they contacted us. That was untrue. The young person was rude, ignorant, and unintelligible.

The only thing I can say briefly is don't go here. Use another pharmacy. They are always out of medicines and when they screw up they will lie to your face even when you have proof.

Walked in, spent a little time in the store and then hit a button at the front for fragrances access. No one helped. A UPS delivery arrived and announced themselves and the manager and two employees showed up. I waited until the UPS guy left and then I hit the button three more times as I watched the the manager engage in conversaion with an employee. Finally, I walked over and asked for help. The junior employee addressed meanwhile the other acted as though I didn't exist. As we went to the area I need help in , I asked the employee if that was her manager, she saifld "yes," under her breath and help me the best she could.Wow, this place doesn't give 2 Fs

Gabriela was fantastic in finding the product I needed.She was the early cashier on Sunday morning and instantly looked and found the product I was looking for.Wife/Dog/Grandchild in the car with A/C running in and out within 2min.

If I could give this pharmacy less than one star, I would without a doubt. It’s horrible. I have been trying to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy for over 2 weeks now and this location has made mistake after mistake, delaying me getting my medication. Every time they are confronted with their error, they tell me to have the other pharmacy call them. What?!?!? It’s your screw up. Here’s an idea, why don’t you exert some effort to try to resolve the issue and pick up the phone and you call the other pharmacy. If you’re even thinking of complaining to the manager, Jennifer, just forget it. She hides behind her incompetent staff, refusing to communicate directly with…gasp…a customer. Don’t waste your breath or energy, the whole lot of them are rude, useless and hopeless. If you think I’m being too harsh, take your business there and let me know how that ends up working for you. Please heed the warning of 90% of these reviews and stay far far away from this location. I’d rather be made to crawl on broken glass, in the middle of a forest fire, rather then ever take my business to this location or any CVS pharmacy ever again.

I wasn't shocked to see the bad reviews. This place is a shit show. They don't use common sense when interacting with the public or Doctors office. I literally came back 4 times and they kept telling me it being made and to come back. Come to find out they called the wrong number to verify my dr. And didn't give a damn. I showed up had the Dr on the phone and had the right number for them to call which is listed a legit dental office she screamed at me and walked away. Even the clinic on the phone was shocked. Morans with an attitude. They have a major power trip going on and I feel sorry for the elderly that interact with them. My god. Just please for your own self respect and sanity DO NOT GO THERE. The one on highlands and sunset. There Walmart and a Walgreens right next door. Honestly it's so terrible.

My wife stopped at this store to buy a few things. She has Crohn's disease and where is a bracelet to use the bathroom for emergencies. The bathrooms were locked and the lady at the front desk. Would not open it because she had a line and laughed about it.Very unprofessional, and I believe illegal so I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Incompetence & Rude! Pharmacy manager @ the pharmacists this location are not compassionate to patients & care ONLY about regulations/corporate policies and NOT working to find solutions when issues arise. Instead they prefer to create issues and hoops for patients and Dr's to go thru. They are also challenging doctors on doses scribed. So now I guess it's pharmacists & insurance CO's who are making our healthcare decisions & pharmacists are dictating what meds we take. I was completely screwed over by Jen the manager when trying to fill one of my ADHD meds during this national shortage. I find out they had an option in stock so one day they refuse to fill it & say need more info & Dr needs to call. Then the next day She tells me she WILL fill my script bc I showed her documentation of conversations they already had with my Dr's on 2 separate occasions earlier in the month. So i tell my dr they don't need to call. Then next day on a Saturday she says she refuses to fill it & needs to talk to my Dr AGAIN about the script for the THIRD time this month! . So now it's the weekend when my Dr's don't work and I have to tell them they need to call pharmacy AGAIN. She didn't bother to call me on Friday to tell me she changed her mind & Doc needs to call. Jen was rude to me & intentionally jacked me around. She doesn't care about needs or concerns of patients & thrives off creating stress for patients.. So now I'm out of my meds and have no idea if it will ever get filled bc it may be out of stock on Monday due to the shortage. The fact I know it's in stock now but she won't fill it is insanity. This back and forth mis-communication is creating unnecessary stress for me & my Doc. I've had nothing but problems w/ this pharmacy all year but I'm stuck w/CVS bc my ins won't cover any other pharmacy. I strongly recommend patients DO NOT use this pharmacy. Especially if you take any psychiatric drugs. They clearly do not care about our well being or putting patients first. Unbelievable?!!!!!!

I gave one of the pharmacists my insurance info and was told I was all set and would get a text when it was ready. I called when I never got a text only to be told no one had my information and I had to start the process over. I finally received a text saying it was ready, drove up there and was told their system was down and they couldn't help me but I could wait to see if they figured it out. Meanwhile, they asked me to let them help others and keep getting back in line at the drive through. Finally, I was told they couldn't take care of it now, come back later, and call to make sure they could help me. What a joke! Worst customer service I've ever received.

worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. It's never easy to get a prescription filled here. lame excuses that don't explain anything. do yourself a favor, take you prescription elsewhere

i didn’t get to catch his name, but the store manger helped me sign up for the rewards program… was so sweet, and my original $15 purchase came out to $0, had me walking out with a huge smile and made my day
