We don't have insurance to fill our prescription so we pay with cash and use GoodRx. Went to fill my prescription and presented the GoodRx Discount price, which we've done over the last year and a half using the pharmacy, and the pharmacist refused to honor it. She said, "if you read the fine print we can charge whatever we like". I told the pharmacist, that the medication was $15-18 at nearby pharmacies including Walgreens and Walmart, that my coupon had the price at $28, but that is where my doctor sent the prescription. But she insisted in charging me $38.78. Then she told me I would have to come back since it wasn't ready even though I'd gotten a text and a notification via the CVS app saying the medication refill was ready for pickup.
What good are GoodRx and Hippo if the pharmacist on shift decides not to honor them.
Shame on CVS. This area is close to half on fixed income.

This is one of the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. The pharmacist on duty was extremely rude and it reflected on the attitude of the pharmacy tech. Not only did they have a rotten attitude. They were very incompetent. I could not have expressed to them anymore the importance that this medication was for my son. they never even put a transfer request in like I had asked because the pharmacy I normally use is closed on weekends. This medicine I needed. It’s very necessary for my son’s life and they had this medicine in stock. Because it was confirmed by his insurance. I will never use CVS pharmacy for anything!

Truly wanted 2 post this in MAY! LIFE HAS BEEN CRAZY! Anyway wanted to say that Kevin (curly hair longer now) j-n-c there’s another ” he’s a great 👍 employee he was up front and helped with my coupons even w/a a soon 2B mom in Law present(plant🪴🪻) which is the best present she lined plants I do to! Well he now works in the pharmacy and to this day 7/19/24 HE IS SO GREAT AND NICE AND HELPFUL THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR VISIT SO SIMPLE!! 😊

Lord is Christmas I went to buy a gift card to buy my kids toys it was damage I talk to Amazon they told me to go to the store have them change it well I did instead of apologetic response I got an I don’t give 2 f attitude by the woman who “help” me I told her what Amazon told me she was like we can not do I refund it says that on the receipt I told her I did not wanted a refund I wanted a gift card that work she told me to came back on Monday because her manager was not there and there was nothing she could do she called her manager he told to call Amazon then after that she’s just walk away from me and left me there standing by self the other agent who was there was like smirking laughing when I had ask her to call her manager and made a remark as to o you woke him up like if my problem of possibly not being able to get my Christmas presents on time was not important to them at all just plain out rude.. no empathy whatsoever

I waited less than a minute to get my prescription and less than ten minutes to get an unscheduled vaccination. The pharmacist, Ha, was extremely personable and answered all my questions.

Lorri is just incredible. She helped me on my last visit to sign up for the CVS card that accumulates ExtraBucks. Today (my 2nd visit) she suggested that I sign up for the ExtraCare Card. That $5 investment saved me $10 today and will save me at least that much every month. Where else can you get sn immediate 100% return on any investment.
