I would give negative stars if I could. The management at this location needs to find a job position they can actually execute properly. I use to be with the CVS just a mile or two down the street, but they closed that location and combined it with this one. I would love to know why this locations manager was the one kept in position because she does not know what she's doing, nor does she care to do it differently. As a cvs client for multiple years on end, with the same medications and the same doctor for years on end, there is zero excuse or reason not to have my medication. Instead, management at this location doesn't mind to let a psych patient go without medication for as long as a month at a time. It's unacceptable. Do better or find another job.

If I could give this Pharmacy a zero I would absolutely the worst Pharmacy has given me the wrong dose of a medicine given the nurses attitude that have had a call back to prescribe my medicine and the lines are always long always takes an hour to get my prescription

I went there about a month ago to get my disposable camera developed. It was my 30th birthday so the disposable camera was a gift, very nostalgic one at that. It was an underwater disposable camera and we used it on my birthday boating trip for memories.
I kept calling and they would just tell me the pictures haven’t came in yet. Today I get a call saying they lost the camera and there’s nothing that can be done, immediately I got emotional because these are the pictures from my 30th birthday. There was no remorse or empathy, they didn’t try to help me or look into what happen, they didn’t try to fix the problem or be accountable, they literally could careless about recovering the my camera they lost. As I broke down crying I asked like how they could locate it, and that I didn’t understand how they could just tell me “ oh well” all the lady said was it’s the post offices fault.
Thanks CVS for ruining my birthday gift that is quite literally irreplaceable. 😭😭😭😭

The Pharmacy is terrible, they didn't want to run my insurance cards ,gave me such a hard time !!! Then told me if my insurance covered anything I could get a refund terrible service the clerk asked me how can I help you from across the room as if I was going to yell back I see why their stores are closing.

This CVS pharmacy is horrible. They take several days to fill a prescription and I can never place an order for delivery off the site without having to call them. I used to go to the one down the street at Ulmerton but it closed. I never had these issues at that store. CVS, you should have closed this worthless location instead.

I was straight up lied to.
They misplaced my wife's prescription and told me they would make it again if I wanted to wait for 15 minutes. I told them that I would do that but it had to be 15 minutes maximum because I needed to pick my kid up from school.
15 minutes later I return to the counter and they are fumbling through the bins looking for the prescription again. I said "how is it lost again? didn't you remake it?" She told me no, they were just trying to find the original that was lost.
They fed me a lie to buy time so they could try and fix their mistake. They wasted my time and violated my trust. I will be using a different pharmacy from now on.

One of the worst pharmacy's we have ever dealt with. Can't fill orders on time, takes forever to contact your doctor's for refills. If the order is out of the norm they cancel it.

This pharmacy is awful, slow to fill prescriptions, don't fill prescriptions until you walk in and then you have to wait. Moving my auto refills to another pharmacy, definitely not another CVS.

I'm very disappointed. I scheduled an appointment for my flu and COVID booster and they said the VA no longer covers the shot but they should have given it to me under the Bridge Access Program. Shame on you. Is CVS part of the QANON anti-woke ant-vax corporations? No wonder they're closing so many stores.

One of my patients wanted his medication to this CVS location and this specific medication wasn't covered! I try to do the prior authorization but insurance didn't cover it. So, I try to use some type of manufacture coupon so the patient can get his medication! When I called this pharmacy, they didn't help me at all!First, they said the coupon has to be activated so I did call the company to activate it. When I call CVS back to provide the coupon code, they said it is not working while I already knew coupon must work if they know how to use it! So, I finally decide to change the medication to something else and I did send it next morning. I called CVS to see if the received it!OMG!!! The pharmacist was so rude and he told me he didn't get any prescription for this patient and they have no information for this patient at all! I was surprised!!! How that possible??? I told him that I did speak to another pharmacist yesterday and she did find the patient in the system. We were working on another medication yesterday but medication wasn't covered and that's why I send new medicine and trying to see if it is covered or not! How that possible you don't see anything???He goes I don't know what you talking about and I'm the only pharmacist here!!! I had nothing to say!!! I knew he was lying!!! I gave up for the day!I called the next day and another lady picked up and she confirmed me that the medication was there and they did receive it the day before!!!Some people choose their profession in the health care and refuse to help patient related matters. It's a shame!!!
