This location is my favorite of all the chain stores. Every team member there in both retail and pharmacy is helpful and friendly. The store is organized and clean and well stocked. I’ve had the pharmacy go above and beyond on my behalf many times handling frustrating issues that were caused by insurance companies or unresponsive physicians offices. I’ve seen them many times be faced with some cranky unreasonable customers and they are always patient and graceful. Tarik, Chris and the entire team up front are all great. They are friendly and helpful. Just today I was picking up an online order and having a frustrating day, the clerk gave me a little satchel with a bunch of fun samples in it. It’s got a neighborhood store vibe. Before I moved here from south Florida I was a Walgreens gal. CVS had taken over Eckerds and I wasn’t a fan of them. I did not care for this Walgreens here, had several questionable experiences which brought me to this store. All CVS prices are a little high but I take advantage of the extra care plus savings and those extra bucks!

Pharmacy staff friendly and helpful but I wouldn’t go if insurance didn’t cover the meds because they are expensive

Takes along time to get your script ready. I wait every month even though it’s due and I’m out of meds and most of them don’t care, especially Becca. Mauricio is the only one you can count on to do the job right. Switching to Walgreens soon. It’s a shame to treat patients that need their meds like that.

Can't get the pharmacy on the phone, lady working the desk was nice but the one behind filling prescriptions was really rude. Would not recommend these people.

Great service when in person at the pharmacy. However, the automated robot you spend an hour on the phone with just to leave a message is absolutely ridiculous. How about you hire real people to answer the phone!!

Customer service is lacking here. I showed up to grab my daughters script on my lunch break(130pm). I'm standing at the desk, a lady I scrubs walks upto tell me she's closing for lunch. we're closed for lunch, sorry,come back in 30 minutes,, and pushes a button which closes. CGe.

The staff at the pharmacy is attentive and makes ever effort to get your prescription done quickly. They are friendly and on than occasion has been helpful to me when there is an insurance situation.

Pharmacy hours continue to get shorter and shorter. And now they don’t answer phones- you will need to leave a vm and wait for a call back. Clearly serving their customers isn’t a priority
