Its been numerous times that I've tried to get my e-mail address changed at numerous CVS locations and having a clerks help an each time it reverted back to my old Gmail address that I dont use any more. Hence I do not recieve any receipts or advertisements. Frustrated.

Rude staff shut off the lights so I couldn’t see anything a few minutes to closing then turned the lights back on once I left.

Horrible. Stay away. CVS boot ranch closed and my son's prescriptions were promised to be moved over. Went to get them and of course they had not record of them. Couldn't help me. Their only solution was to go to an Urgent Care and get a prescription since it was Friday after 5pm. Drs office was closed. Mind you this was seizure medications. Very important. This CVS should have closed and left Boot Ranch CVS opened!!

I was very sick and went to this CVS clinic and received outstanding Compassion Care and service from the nurse practitioner. By the time I walked up to the pharmacy counter my medications were waiting for me. I would return there anytime! Great service and care.

Christina (the pharmacy tech with purple hair) is the most unprofessional, careless and downright rude person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. She provides horrible customer service and is incapable of doing her job correctly. She should be fired and replaced with someone competent.
She couldn’t figure out how to apply a CVS gift card to my purchase and had to call the manager over. This has happened multiple times. It’s a gift card, not rocket science.

This CVS is conveniently located near me. Anytime I have visited this store I have received excellent and friendly service. I highly recommend!

When are you going to get rid of the guy that works nights? The manager is nice, the heavyset dude that follows customers around and then stands so close when I’m at self check out that I feel him breathing down my neck is absolutely ridiculous. If I want to talk to someone then I will use the register and if you need to breathe down your customers necks then get rid of self check out. It’s also not great for business that he is rude and has horrible body odor. This isn’t the first time. This has been happening for over a year and it happens every single time I come in. I don’t need anyone acting like I’m stupid and don’t know how to put my card in a slot. I wish other Walgreens or CVS would go back to 24 hours so I would never have to see this guy again in my life. Are you ever going to do something about this???? I posted about this a year ago and I guess it’s time to call corporate.

I’ve only had good experiences at this store.
The pharmacy staff are always friendly and helpful, even if seemingly inconvenient due to being busy - they’ve always taken the time, which I greatly appreciate.
The store always appears clean and current with products and offerings, I am unsure what trouble others are having - but I have been going here for years and always pleased and appreciative.

I caught Covid and went to CVS for Plaxovid.
In addition to see their doc-in -a -box just to get the prescription, they attempted to charge $1,651 to fill their script.
This is medication our government used taxpayer money to develop and used to be free.
CVS is now taking insaine advantage of anyone who needs it.
They charge it because they think they can get away with it.
My neighbor ( a general practitioner) said you can get the same results from taking vitamins C,D & Zinc everyday.
I’m done shopping at CVS for life.
What a rip-off!!!

Worst pharmacy EVER! I don't know why I keep going there. I MUST BE STUPID. But I dread trying to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. However, there is a Walgreens directly across the street that I might start going to now. I recommend that you do not do business at this CVS pharmacy location. UGH!
