I've bought at least a dozen fans from this store in the past few years and each experience has been good. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. I wouldn't go anywhere else for fans.

Most uncomfortable shopping experience I’ve ever had. Would never buy from here even if I was in the market for a fan. If you like being followed around a store by the fan equivalent of rain-man this is your spot. It also smells awful in here.

Rudy! Rudy! Rudy! I just can't say enough. We walked in and told him our 21 year old DFC fan needed a light fixture. I figured I'd have a choice of 2 or 3. Nope. Plenty of choices. Not only got an LED fixture but a control module and new wall control. The module is Bluetoothed to the wall control so you can control it there without adding a new wire for the light. Back in early 2019, we purchased two Troposair Vogue Plus DC, remote control, WiFi fans @ $599.00 each. Thought we were getting a premium product. That’s not the case. These fans are trash.By 2020, we had the electronics on one fan die. Electronics only have a 1-year warranty. We bought another new fan because we no longer had coverage.We’re now two years out on the new fan we purchased in 2020. The electronics went out on this fan (maybe the motor). Who knows.The chuckle heads at the store want me to pay to uninstall the fan and bring it into the store so they can trouble shoot it. Once they test it, if it’s electronic, I buy a new fan. If the motor dies, he didn’t know what the warranty is so I could be buying a new fan anyway.So I get to pay an electrician two trip fees. To uninstall the fan, and reinstall a fan somewhere down the road. Maybe pay for another fan too? Who knows! I’m not going to buy anymore of these garage $600 DC electric fans, or deal with these people.Of course, they don’t tell you any of this when you buy them. Worse yet, the folks we’ve dealt with should not be in customer service. They have the personality of a dead fish. They seem to care less that their products/processes are this stupid.

I purchased 7 fans for our new home. Rudy was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping me select all of the fans with the different room sizes and ceiling heights. Highly recommend Rudy and Dan's Fan City!!

A bit disappointed. In my search for a quality fan for my master bedroom I stopped in and Rudy, the manager assisted me. He steered me to a very expensive model but I was looking for quality so I left with the fan. After installing the fan we discovered it has a known issue with a very loud beeping noise in between speeds. The reason for the poor rating is because when I called to ask Rudy for assistance with the beep he said he was aware of the "known" issue with this fan, but could not offer any help. Well, great, thanks for letting me know prior to buying this $500 fan.

Purchased a Titan II 72" fan through Dan's fan city. The salesman was very knowledgeable and worked with us to get this purchase completed. They work with Holiday electric who picked up the fan and installed it 22' feet high. We will be back to Dan's for our fan needs.
