First off, I’m giving 3 stars because the girl that helped me try on wedding dresses today was very nice, patient, and helpful. Same with the lady that greeted us. I did find a dress today however, I had questions about alterations because I’m currently in the process of losing weight since I just had my first child. When the alterations lady came out to speak with me she was rude and condescending! This made me feel absolutely horrible. I am already struggling with the fact I gained weight during pregnancy and a little postpartum. My question to the alterations lady was if I bought the dress today how much would she be able to take in, because i had concerns since the dress had a floral pattern and beading so I wasn’t sure how much would be able to be altered after I lost the weight. She replied very rudely, “IF” you loose the weight, and then looked me up and down with what I took as a look of slight disgust. She then was telling me she could take in an inch or two pointing at random spots on the dress, which I didn’t really understand and could not envision so I asked her what does that mean size wise what it could be altered down to. She then explained what she already said to me, and in a very condescending tone asked me “do you understand what I’m saying.” I could tell by the look on my mothers face she was like “what the heck.” as she was a little shocked by her tone as well. It wasn’t just me. I wish I could explain the tone she used better. I was shocked by the way she spoke to me, so we left with nothing. She could have explained that they could only go down one size in that dress, but she choose to be rude and used a condescending tone. I know I will be loosing more weight than that, and I would have just come back at a later date after I lost weight since I’m getting married a whole year from now, but no, because of her I will not be going back to David’s.

How this place has almost 5 stars is absolutely beyond me. I had my bridal appointment on 1/26 and had the absolute worst experience. The only time someone pretended to care about us, was when we first walked in. Once we were handed off, it was horrid. The girl was too busy yapping to her coworkers to try to offer much advice or assistance. She basically hung the dresses up and said good luck, looking shocked when I would even try asking her for help. She barely spoke to anyone in my party. My maid of honor was helping more than she did. After a few dresses, she was like alright, time to do the bridesmaids' dresses then? I could tell she was over it, so we just went ahead and moved on. She didn't clip me in any type of flattering; I felt like I would never find a dress after this appointment. Luckily, I took my business to a REAL bridal boutique and actually cared about ME and not just my wallet. We had a fairly large budget, so she missed out. Furthermore, my bridesmaids were ordering their dresses to be shipped to their homes. She didn't even offer it to one of my girls, so she charged her separately. Just to get a call that she has a week to come pick it up. WHAT! Absolutely ridiculous. Not only would I not recommend this place to my worst enemy, but I literally had the chance to, and I STILL told her to avoid it.

Went there today to find a dress, I explained to her I was one of the bridesmaids and showed her a picture of the dress we have picked, she found it and gave it to me. I tried it on and asked her if there’s someone that can take my measurements she claimed that they don’t do that and that it goes by size. Everyone in that store was getting helped but somehow they all were just acting as if they don’t see me and were being very inattentive. I felt like I was treated with racism because me and my mom walked in there speaking a different language. I had no idea David’s bridal hires people that are racist. I spoke to my girlfriends later on and they said that the location they went to had taken their measurements and helped them with all the questions they had. This girl did not even turn to look at me while I was talking to her. It was honestly nothing but a trashy experience. Never going back to this location EVER again.

Tiffany is amazing! I talked to her on the phone about my dress order and she was so sweet, came and tried on all of the dresses and she was so helpful and attentive. 10/10 service we loved her.

We have been to 3 different stores in 3 different states and Crystal Jeffers and Jamie were the most helpful from all stores. They were the first to offer me the loyalty program and offer to get more dress sizes from the back. Great service and so very friendly. Store was very clean and organized as well. Thanks ladies.
