My wife was having trouble with her Ebike and the shop were having trouble in identifying the problem. After two or three attempts to fix it they actually replaced the bike even though it was out of warranty! Been using this hop for three years or more and always received excellent service. They do go above and beyond and a big shout out to Noah and John who are both outstanding.

I had a bad experience at a local bike shop. Thought I'd save a few bucks. It was a mess. I brought it to this location and the guys at Trek had me fixed up in no time. Lesson learned.
