3% "convenience" fee to pay with my credit card!? Give me a break. Is there no end to ways you guys try to weasel more money out of us. Now a financial play, you're a car dealership. You didn't make enough with the service I just paid for. Just calling it a "convenience" fee is insulting.

Nancy for the win at Dayton Andrews in Clearwater, FL. She’s a compassionate human who cares about taking care of people. If you want honest service and good customer service- this is the spot. Nancy, I appreciate you taking care of Vitamin Sea and me today!

I needed an oil change. DA is now a walk in service for oil changes. I was there for a bit, waiting, but found the communications to be awesome. Very professional and courteous. We will continue to service with this dealership. Thank you.PS: Nancy was great, helpful, and explained procedures very well.

This was the first time going to this dealership. I was previously taking my SUV to another dealership and was frustrated with their inflated prices, bad attitudes and lack of mechanical aptitude to solve my vehicles issues.I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Dayton Andrews. The service was great, solved all of my vehicles issues, prices were fair, and my SUV runs better than it ever has. I’ll continue to take my vehicles here in the future.

This was my first time buying a car that I found online. Javier, the online manager provided me with First Class service. He really went out of the way to be not only my eyes, as I live 2.5 hours away from the dealership, but personally responded to every single text and calls, ensuring all my concerns were addressed. It was, bar none, one of my best car shopping experiences. I highly recommend Javier and Dayton Andrews. I also would like to recognize and recommend Chris in Finance. Another class act! I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime. There were no hidden charges included in the contract and he thoroughly explained all the available service adds, all with highly reputable companies. The dealer priced the vehicle at the best possible price (believe me, I scoured through everything everywhere).Thank you Javier, Chris and Dayton Andrews Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for making my dreams a reality.

This place is great! Came in to get the oil pan for my 2010 Honda Accord replaced because that's what I was told previously was needed, and after a diagnosis was informed that my power steering pump was leaking. My advisor, Nancy, kept me updated through the entire process and I was able to see pictures of my power steering pump and shown where it was leaking from. No repairs were made without my consent first and all my options were presented to me, pricing included. I also asked to have my A/C looked at and was told it needed a recharge. After the recharge my A/C is blowing cold air once again! Nancy even recommended future services for my Honda and priced them out completely. I will definitely bring my car back here again!

2017 bought new 2018... current milage 16,400 miles. Air compressor went out at 16k... service did nothing to assist with factory issue. Yes it is a 24,000 mile or 24 month warranty... but most do not understand that 24,000 is for mechanical ant the24 month is for superficial or appearance items. Aircompressor is warranted for 24,000 miles. Not 24 months. Cost me $160 for them to tell me not warranted, when I told them it was bad when u checked it in... Bad dealer, bad service center, and A BAD CAR MANUFACTURER. FIAT CHRYSLER... I have bought jeeps for the over 30 years. (3 total) of which 2 has had bad air conditioner . 1bad 97 Cherokee, 1 good Nitro, and now 1 bad Compass.I am done with ????/CHRYSLER PRODUCTS... Back to GENERAL MOTORS... can't wait to dump this piece of crap

So grateful for my sales person, James. He put me in a car I ABSOLUTELY love. I was looking at other models. But, he listened to everything I said and found a vehicle with all the accessories I wanted. Great service, great cars, great prices.

I took our Wrangler in to have a 2” lift installed. The team was nothing short of amazing. Everyone was so friendly and was very helpful. It was all done same day and when we returned we were greeted with the same amazing hospitality. These guys went above and beyond for us. We are very happy with the lift and our JLU rides so much smoother. I highly recommend this dealership for any repairs or needs. You won’t be disappointed.

Initially I was having an overall good experience with Dayton Andrews and the salesperson. However that changed very quickly during the signing process. Finance person was rude, short, and rushed the entire thing. You would think I wouldn't be complaining about being in and out of a dealership within 1 hour, but I am in this case! That's how mistakes happen and he created multiple of them. I will only mention one example as the others are too private to be online. I put down $3500 cash. He typed it in the system as $35000. He chased me out to the new car so he could correct his mistake on the receipt, but my problem with that is if I had used my debit or credit card he would have ran it for that much. Not ok! I was also lied to many times about what I can replace on my car (by the salesperson) then when I called to make that person aware another lie happened when they said "I never said that" but you indeed DID. I had told that salesperson prior to purchasing that if I weren't able to change it in the vehicle then I wouldn't want it. I was assured it was easy to do, and possibly even through the dealership nonetheless. I was never offered to even test drive the car and I went along with it because it was brand new (Don't be that stupid guys, that's my mistake too!) The radio/Bluetooth worked when it wanted to, the right side rear door had issues shutting unless you slammed it, I had 2 errors come up within the 2 weeks of owning it, and the transmission seemed EXTREMELY off. Possibly the worst part of the whole situation- I've run into health issues where I will need to have surgery. I unfortunately go back to take the car back (aka sell it back because of the health bills) and I was told that it might be too soon, and that they probably can't do anything to help me. Never heard that one before, I argued..when they finally agreed to appraise the car (400 miles on it) they were $5000 under what I owed. Which is insane considering I actually put money down, AND I thought I was getting such a "great deal" on the vehicle I was told over and over again. I was told to go elsewhere & good luck. There was no sympathy for my health whatsoever. I understand that the value drops the second you drive off the lot, however I'm not an idiot. I have had probably 20 cars in my life and I'm only 34. It doesn't drop $8500 (because of the $3500 I put down) I ended up going to another dealership directly from Dayton (FitzWay Subaru) and I was in and out within 30 minutes sold the car for PAY OFF! Dayton Andrews is extremely extremely unprofessional and I am never going to step foot in there again. Lastly, any of the managers were either too afraid to come out and talk or the salesperson was yet again lying about that when I asked to speak to a manager. GO ELSEWHERE!
