Jimmy at the golf shop is horrific. Had my putter regripped and he put it on crooked. Not only did I express to him that it was off, but also he tried to convince me to “not overthink it” after I “checked it” while wrapping up my club in plastic wrap. What do you know, I got home and I’m pulling all my puts to the left, the exact way I thought it was off center. Very aggravating. You can tell he does the absolute minimum and is just there because he has a golf background and needs the money. He did more talking about himself and bragging about how he used to be a catty instead of helping me and my concerns about the club. Will be going to Edwin Watts from now on, much more professional

I was just trying to browse for clothes and the manager Mitchell was harassing me and my friends because he kept looking at me and my friends and he was whispering things into other workers ears and they kept looking at us and it made us feel uncomfortable. He kept giving us an attitude. It’s funny how he didn’t look at any other person that was white. Not only that but my gay family members couldn’t even feel safe enough to shop without his dirty looks this is completely not right and it is not ok

Horrible experience with the manager named Michell I have never had a worse and more racially discriminating experience. From the second me and my family of color walked tru the door it felt like we had a target on our back. We were followed and targeted throughout our entire experience. He involved other associates and made them look at us while he whispered and laughed . We did nothing wrong at all. I have never came across this manager from all the times I shop here but after such a degrading and embarrassing experience I can not continue to support this location.

Shopped today to replace pool shoes. Colby asked if I needed help and directed me to the right aisle. Found the perfect pair and tees on clearance too! After we checked out, we wanted to make sure we had everything. Natasha helped us go through the receipt, two tees had not scanned. She went out of her way to see we had professional and courteous service. We appreciate excellent customer service.

Jimmy in golf is amazing ! He helped me get a complete set of clubs with a bag, balls , tees and a glove. He also gave me tips on how to get a better swing since I'm just starting out. 100% recommend his advice!

I would like to give a speacial thanks to the manager, Charlie. He resolved my issue today by going above and beyond. Not only did he do his job, but he made me extremely satisfied after several unsuccessful attempts with yeti customer service. Job well done. Thank you, again.

I received a direct mail promotion from the scorecard rewards program and was refused use because the promotion was "fake" according to sales person and manager. No attempt was made to validate to offer. I contacted the customer service line to validate the offer. After confirming the source email was legitimate, they could not confirm the code was valid. Only that the format was correct for an in-store only promotion. Per the agent, only the store can verify the code. I don't usually leave reviews, but be weary of promotional items and offers, you may waste your time like I did.
