Opening at 11am on a Friday is stupid. Either open when the mall does or just close your doors like a lot of others who are out of business due to a lack of proper management of the stores

I very rarely write bad reviews. Usually I just don't write a review at all if I'm not satisfied with service. However a major retailer like Dillards should be a lot more professional. Their return policy for clearance items is somewhat of a search and discover. It's only 3 days to return and the day you bought it is day one. I was not told that when I bought the pants and when I went to return them a week later the salesperson said she couldn't return them. All tags were on them. I was pretty surprised. I don't remember ever having being told I couldn't return a new item with all tags attached. I decided to go to customer service and they did issue me a store gift card. I had also purchased a shirt when I was trying to return the pants. I decided I would return the shirt (which I bought about 20 minutes before) and buy it back with the gift card. The salesperson didn't put the shirt back on my credit card but gave me another store gift card. I asked her to correct this and she told me she couldn't fix it. Oh boy!! Not the brightest bulb on the tree or this is how they keep their money in the store. Now I'm stuck with 2 gift cards for a place I really feel is operating in some time kind of time warp. This is not a small town retailer. Maybe they could learn a few things from Macys.

I had a gift certificate and needed a purse. I had the best time. I was looking for sales. Two sales ladies spent so much time with me showing me different styles. They understood what I my needs were and we really had a lot of fun. The three of us decided together on the the on that I purchased. I am definitely going back when I need another one.

Overpriced but a lot of selection. I came to buy the See's lollipops. The only place I could find them without having to buy them online and pay the $8 shipping fee.

My soon to be husband and I went to many stores to try to find a ring in my size. Finally I find Sasha. Sasha brought me and my fiance over and tried every ring in my size until we found the right one. She treated us like we were family in her determination to help us find the right bands. My fiance found a ring that he liked too and because she gave such good service he bought his there also. I happily give 5 stars for service.

I’m not a person that complains and writes reviews about every experience
but I felt I needed to today.
I had a horrible sales girls around 1:20 in the shoe department, most likely the rudest sales person I’ve interacted with.
I had a shoe return as was going to shop for something else but because of the poor service and bad attitude I left the store.
I shop this store location a lot and always have friendly service, NOT today.
