First of all I am very disappointed, my good or not so good christmas was ruined, thanks to all the lies ,they had mentioned to me, with warranty for a year, do not fall for it. We had tried to fix an oil leak under warranty, Under circumstances that we know it was supposed to be done, they denied my warranty labor. We approach to a different dealership which is same branch at: 199 s lakeshore destiny Dr, Eatonville. The were nice enough to take care of me and resolve my issues, and did not give me an attitude, I have lost a lot of money for this matter, it is not fair for customers to be lied, please be aware

Fidel and Phil at Dimmitt Land Rover were fantastic to work with! After deciding on the Range Rover versus the Range Rover Sport, Fidel was able to quickly locate the exact exterior and interior color we wanted, then he and Phil quickly put together the right deal for us to make the purchase! They communicated with us throughout the process and we could not be more happy with our new vehicle.

The process was absolutely easy. I spent 10 minutes inside there and picked up my vehicle and left. Overall, the process was done remotely, which was amazing. It took the hassle of being in the shop for four hours doing paperwork.

I have spoken to and dealt with a lot of car salesman over the years and Fidel Mayorga was top notch. I recently purchase a used truck at Dimmitt Land Rover in Clearwater Fl and live in NJ so everything was done over the phone and video. Fidel went out of his way to make sure the vehicle was as described and showed me all of the imperfections. Fidel even had the truck brought into the shop and put up on a lift to video the underneath. Fidel is an asset to Dimmitt Land Rover and is highly recommended if you are looking to purchase a vehicle!

Just have to say very unprofessional staff no one came out to greet us. We had to come inside gave us attitude inside of the dealership for it being a customer service business. There was no customer service a lot of attitude and no help at all. We will make sure that we take all of our business to Landrover of Tampa and Crown Jaguar

I am always impressed with the high degree quality of service I receive from Rob Gordon and his crew of technicians for my older Land Rover, especially Keith Reiter. Always do a great job and do not over charge. Rob is very pleasant and genuinely service oriented in doing his job and caring for my 12 year old LR2. One of these days I want to wander in to the showroom and buy a new Land Rover. And, that will be because of Rob's years of service.
