October 2nd around 9:00 in the morning the two women working were the best customer service I've ever had at a Dollar general.. they went above and beyond and we're super kind and I really appreciated their customer service!!!

I patiently waited for the rain to pass so I could continue home after a long day’s work. Deciding to go shopping inside this store I hoped to find a poncho since I was on my motorcycle. Unfortunately, there were no ponchos, but I did find a cute toy for my daughter and some undergarments.
As I wrapped up in the toy section, I was asked to leave my backpack at the front. Feeling judged, I asked the girl from the back, “Oh, yes, I guess assuming that I have tattoos makes me a criminal, right?” No, thank you.
In fact, I decided to leave the toy my daughter would love and the other item behind. I wouldn’t leave my backpack with the cashier who chased me around the store, making me feel like a threat. As I was leaving, she chased me outside to ask if I was okay.
“Am I okay? Are you okay?” I replied.
I wondered if she asked the black guy if he was okay when leaving or perhaps the dirty construction worker who left after me. Did she chase them around too?
I had my backpack fully on, not just on one shoulder, with items in my hands and tattoos on my body. I am not what you assume, and I hope you are treated just the same one day for Your Spanish accent, short height, and over-processed hair might make you look a certain way in some miserable, ugly person’s eyes one day. 🤷🏻♀️ idk

Shawna and Marlene are a great team and rock! Will help you find anything you need in the store, help us with any questions and coupons if we have trouble too! Huge selection of items, groceries, household, even tons of alcohol and tobacco selections, clean & organized better than any DG around! These ladies need a promotion!

Hands-down, the absolute, worst customer service I have ever experienced, so much so that my daughter and I left all of our stuff and her toys and walked out just now.
Train your staff to honor your advertised sales. Oh and your welcome for my service, thanks for not honoring your posted sale though, maybe you need to experience military management and learn.

This Dollar general is right by my house ....so very convenient and I was so pleased to find the store in such great shape. Very organized very clean.....
