Dollar tree is continuing to improve everyday. Your problems will be addressed and made better. The cashiers and management are in the process of being trained in every aspect to assist with everyone's needs. Visit dollar tree again if any problems speaking with the manager on duty so they can address it

Seems customer service not as good as it was some years ago, not always helpful. Some workers don't show interest in your issues or wanted to take time to help you or explain things so you understand maybe recent changes/ updates in phone operations whether a newly purchased or previously bought there. May consider going elsewhere in future. Not very satisfied with service currently, not sure what changed even with district managers. Have heard other customers loudly & holler for some of same reasons mentioned. Not always a pleasant experience, when leaving, a feeling of unsatisfied with being helped with your concerns. Otherwise used to believe a really good store in past & wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Not sure if some store workers are that knowledgeable. Many times leaving unhappy & unsatisfied.

I've been going to this store for a long time and it is just getting worse today I purchased a few things one of those items was a pair of sunglasses the girl at the register was too busy talking on her phone to even say hello and obviously did not bag my sunglasses even though I still paid for them the girl was too distracted on her phone to even realize. Most of the people here have become very rude there is awful customer service you're better off driving down the street to the Largo location

Ran to this store for some work supplies and the whole back of the store where all of the bins and containers I needed were. The associate was mopping and told me it would take at least another 45 mins before I could access the wall with the bins. I needed at least 40 plastic containers for work and couldn’t get not even 1. Disapointing.

This dollar tree must be independently owned cuz they just make up their hours as they go day to day. It says on Google that they open at 8am like all the other Dollar Trees, but they don’t open until 9am! Every Dollar Tree opens at 8am except for this one! So don’t go by the google hours cuz they are wrong!!!

At first I was going to say that the cashier had a terrible attitude and acted like she was imagining her life back in North Korea… until I realized that the reason everyone is so MISERABLE in this store is because they keep the thermostat set on 100% swamp @**…
I also found out Corporate controls the thermostat from several states away. EXCUSE ME CORPORATE - BUT THIS IS FLORIDA… your store is BURNING UP HOT AND MAKING EVERYONE MISERABLE!!!
******* Have more respect for your employees who have to sit in that ALL DAY, and also the shoppers who have to race in and out of there to avoid melting! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!!!!

I was very impressed at this Dollar Tree. Clean, organized, selection is better than any I’ve visited. Good find for my first time. If I had shopped at Walmart, I’m sure I would have paid double or triple the price.
