This guy closed early and refused to open with several minutes to go and several customers trying to get here before close. He locked the door when he saw me pull into the parking lot. Horrible customer service.

I have not had any problems since I have made some purchases at this dollar tree, but tonight I went in to make some purchases and while I was looking for what I needed I went to the cashier to ask some questions, the cashier named Magaly with a very bad attitude ignored me and did not answer me, in fact she did not even look at me who was there. I noticed that I was on a personal call and since she ignored me I went to look for someone else who could help me and I found Thomas I asked him the same thing I asked Magaly and he only told me, the cashier you were with is responsible for serving you and he only limited himself to saying I don't know anything and left. So what kind of customer service are they providing? The cashier Magaly had a very bad attitude, ignoring me and the other employee Thomas had the same attitude with the difference that at least he did answer, Magaly has a bad attitude and I hope she doesn't do the same with the rest of the people who come to do their shopping at that Dollar Tree, I don't know if she had a bad day but it's not one's fault, everyone also comes from work and understands that it's tiring to be away from home all day but it's not the attitude that should be given, on the contrary, why not be a little nicer and try to help in the end that makes us a better person. Anyway, I don't know if the general manager of this Dollar Tree reads this, but I hope that Miss Magaly improves her attitude and provides better customer service because in the end it's her job and she chose Dollar Tree to work there.

Everyone deserves a chance to work but if this company is going to hire drug addicts tell them not to come to work under the influence.When i walked the line was too long.I was in for 15 minutes got the items i wanted got to the register the line end up being long again.The cashier Stephanie was high and twitching she couldnt stand still.She would scan a few items walk away twitching went back to the register doing the samething when she finally got to me she act like she didnt know how to bag my items so i got bags to help so i could leave.I finished my transaction asked for the receipt while she was twitching she act like she didnt hear me a manager so happen to walk up so i asked her for my receipt she catches a attitude tells me to be patient but how when your employee is high as a kite on something and couldnt function to properly do her job.Since Dollartree prices have gone up corporate need to hire more cashiers and have at least 2 registers open and not just during holidays.No one wants to stand in line all day because the cashiers are slow scanning and bagging stuff up.I use to do cashiering my line was never long i scanned items got the customers in and out so there is no excuse

Corporate might as well shut this store down.The shelves are always empty and the aisles be full of boxes of items that should be on the shelves instead.They hire junkies to work here.I always drive way to the store in Dunedin now instead their store is cleaner the shelves are always stocked they have better options to choose from.Youll find items the Highland store doesnt have.I also dont like when i have shopped here you have people peeping around corners watching you to see if you see them stealing they be in there filling up their backpacks

They never have full shelves of food items but what is on the shelves are old 9 out of 10 ! Also I called to see if they had something the cashier tells me he don’t know but I can come in and look !! Well excuse me sir that’s why I’m calling ? HORRIBLE STORE

the only reason why i come to this dollar tree its because its close by but other than that its the worst one i ever went to. the cashier is nice but the workers that are responsible for stacking the shelves and stuff isn't doing their job, all they do is talk and walk around, and the shelves are mostly empty to a point where you cant find what you want. they need to hire more workers or fire some of them asap, they are not doing their job.
