Five Star did a GREAT job installing the new Sony unit, and I couldn't be happier with it. The price and the time needed to install were exactly what he told me they would be. Highly recommend!”
“Outstanding to deal with Yes out of his home little shop, but why I was waiting. “I spoke with Tyler at the Clearwater, Florida Verizon Store at Countryside Mall last month regarding a bill that was increasing over the past several months. Tyler spent some time going over my account looking for the reasons for the increases and ways to affect a positive change.
Today, I went back to the Mall to thank Tyler for making the changes as my bill this month is significantly lower. Upon opening my account he noted another temporary small deduction that further reduces my bill.
I suggest Verizon customers in West Central Florida stop by and say Hi! to Tyler or any of the highly knowledgeable associates at Countryside for all your Verizon phones, tablets and associated tech or other needs.”

“Another great experience at Target. I discovered the rotisserie chicken which I paired with bagged salad and my fav ice cream.
The store is organized with adequate signage of specific departments and huge signage in Deli, Bakery and major departments.
Nice wide aisles with low background music is relaxing during this holiday shopping season.
Lots of clearance items in all departments.
The store is wheelchair access:

We really appreciated that especially my elderly grandmother.”
“I was delighted with the service and friendliness of George and Chris. I went in with a battery problem on an old iPhone 7. While I passed the time learning about their native country, Syria, Chris found a used battery (with 82% life on it) and installed it. This only took 20 minutes.They quoted me $60. When I put the money on the counter, he said it would only be $20 because the battery was used. I tried to tip them each $20 but they wouldn't accept the money. I believe this is as friendly and honest a shop as you'll find. I highly recommend them.”

“I was in earlier tonight and a very nice, professional guy waited on me. His name was Kyle. I was pleasantly surprised at his customer service skills and almost felt like I was in a different 7-11 (a normal one) while there. Usually there's a crowd of strange people who hang out inside and get to know the staff inside. For the first time tonight after years, I did not witness that.”

“Very helpful. I have somethings in there that I've needed a loan on and I get a text the day before so I don't forget and lose the item. They will also work with you if you don't have the whole 30 day payment to extend your loan they will help you pay what you can to extend it a few more days for you to get more money without losing your item. They want you to be able to keep your item. I've also bought a couple things here. I got my daughter a beautiful gold necklace and cross at a great price and I shopped around but came back because it was the best deal and absolutely beautiful, the best bang for my buck. Definitely would recommend”

“This location is alright. I’m “doing” the night time supervisor Jesse over there, if you know what I mean ??.5 stars for Jesse.3 stars for location and cleanlinessAnd 0 stars for the owner that uses (takes advantage) her employees to run the entire store while she’s absent clubbing and on trips.And zero stars for the other grumpy supervisor Teresa that takes advantage over Jesse that’s been with the store for 15 years and won’t give him a pay increase or let’s him take any days off because she doesn’t want to come in and handle the store or train employees. Jesse and Greg are great and take care of the store. The store would be dirty af if it weren’t for those two. They’re the only ones that pull outdated stuff and make FRESH food. If you’re coming in at night, those hotdogs or anything that’s been on the grill have been there since Jesse or Greg made them at 5am. Teresa changes the labels on the sauces to make it appear fresh but it’s really outdated because the owner doesn’t want to spend money on fresh product. Same thing with other products at the store…pizza that’s been in the freezer for weeks-months, just a new label to appear fresh. Buyers Beware!How do I know this? Because I worked here for a very short time and found what they were feeding customers disgusting ?. Before I knew the hotdogs were that old, before throwing them out at midnight, I was offered the food and couldn’t understand why I’d always be in the bathroom. That would be why… old, hard food rolling on that grillThe only thing I miss about this location was being “intimate” with Jesse during my shift in the back office ? ?. #nocamerasbackthere #wearebusyinthebacksoyouregoingtowait”

“This great convenience store offered buy one get one free (BOGOs) on several versions of pistachios, chips, and snacks. They have several Slurpees®, coffee machines and several grind-to-order coffees. I had to try Punk Bunny anniversary blend by Green Day. It was so Punky!
ASHRAF and MAGDA were very helpful, pointing out the BOGOs. MAGDA patiently helped me manage my challenges with the 7-Eleven app.
They have a bunch of cooler beverages and packaged beverages. They sell firewood, ice, and propane. Amazon pick up parcel service.
The wheel chair access parking space is van accessible with curb cuts. The men's and women's restrooms are accessible with 2 grab bars and a 5ft x5ft area.”
“This store is amazing! Becca is the manager and she helped us out TREMENDOUSLY with our account by making things right and getting us money back. The staff is super nice and worked with us for a few hours total to get the matter solved. Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend this store if you want good customer service!”

I only had an issue with some communication and I definitely would have appreciated a bit more of it.
