I have rented from Enterprise 100's of times. The car Enterprise gave me was very dangerous and uncomfortable. It was so slow with pick up that I almost got into 6 or 7 accidents. It is a safety hazard at best. Very disappointing.

a friend came from Germany and wanted to rent a car. Everything was fine until we got to the payment, when it was said that you can only pay by credit card. The guy doesn't have a credit card because they don't use credit cards in Germany. We tried to pay by debit card and cash, but we were told that the company's policy is to pay only by credit card. The question arises, how tourists coming from other countries where credit cards are not used can rent a car in your company. Just to emphasize that the staff present were very professional and very pleasant, and the problem is not with them, but with the company's rules

Have already been waiting 30 minutes for car pickup. They are understaffed. They keep taking in new customers but don’t have enough staff to release cars. The cars are here; they just don’t have enough staff to release them.

I went in to get a rental covered by insurance. Picked up by enterprise from my collision center. I had all of my information. They would not let me pay because my fiances name was on the card (we have a joint account). Despite that, the fact that he called AND THE FACT THAT HE WAS THE INSURANCE MAIN HOLDER. So I'm freaking out and Mike just says sorry and moves on. So I'm freaking out because I have to carry my teacher bag with my grading papers and laptop and they're not willing to help me. I start getting ready to walk 4 miles home until I spoke to Quay (? Sorry if it's spelled wrong). Mike was literally just gonna force me to walk home until Quay said "Why can't I drive her home?". Then something got done. Jeff is Chill vibes and very nice too. I'm sorry Mike but that was unnecessary man. Also, yall need to give Quay and Jeff a raise. Genuinely nice, compassionate workers that go above and beyond to make you feel OK after something scary like an accident.

Nothing is worse then traveling to a place and then they tell you once you've got there that there's been a mistake we don't have the vehicle that you reserved

Had to take my daughter to get a car they were fast quick and let her take pictures of the car before she got in it most don't like that
