0 stars, my car was improperly fixed onto flatbed truck and it flew off the second the driver hit the brakes causing the front end to come off, and doesn’t have the professionalism to have it fixed. Rude owner, shady, will ghost you if he can.
I wouldn’t trust this company to touch another car.

Should be a negative star. Terrible company called them to pick up a jeep and they didn’t secure it to the flatbed. When they pulled up to my house it rolled off the truck crashing down to the ground damaging all of the suspension and bumpers. Told us at them time they will fix the car and make things right and now they won’t even answer the phone or acknowledge my existence. Use any other towing company. This company is the definition of trash service and will hire anyone that will show up. Stay far away from them.

Was told they would be 1 hr took over 4.5 hrs and when arrived junky looking driver sat in truck another 15 mins texting on phone very unprofessional

I've been using Evelyn's Towing for probably 12-15 years now. I own & operate a tree service, so you can imagine we have had to tow a lot of vehicles over the years. They've always been reliable, dependable, and extremely timely on Towing our vehicles. Their pricing is more than fair. Highly recommend

Not sure where you get your drivers from.. Driving wreck less on US-19 and endangering other drivers without any recog speaks highly of this company. Driver almost ran 3 cars off the road, including myself but speeding/passing on the outside shoulder of the left lane. Then continues driving at high speed through traffic, like the flat bed wrecker was a damn race car; cutting off multiple vehicles along the way. Local law enforcement was notified and hopefully this jack wagon was either ticketed or fired. Way to go in maintaining , integrity, safety and professionalism for your business.

I was referred to Eveland's by my repair facility to have my truck towed in for a no start issue. After completing the repair they advised me that my truck was now showing a abs/stabitrac issue. After further investigation they determined the tow truck driver ripped out the speed control wire by not using his wheel straps correctly. After talking several times with the owner of Eveland's she assured me that she would talk with the driver and get back with me. After over a week with no replies to several emails she has gone silent. I am now in the process of filing in small claims court to recover my $300. I highly advise you to find a towing company that properly trains their drivers and more importantly takes responsibility for her employees mistakes!!

Had to get a tow from Tampa to largo. Michael and Kaitlyn picked me up and they were awesome! If I ever need a tow I hope it’s them that come grab me again

The most rude as a tow truck driver, trying to pick a fight when someone just asked him to move his truck.Cannot believe he's allowed outside with people. I know , hiring is hard , you could do better than Dennis. Furthermore when I called to complain, the dispatcher was unconcerned and unapologetic. Don't waste your time or money.

April 25th 2024 at 2:22p.m. whoever your driver is that is going north on US 19, they got on us 19 just now from 49th street, they should not be driving. They are all over the place honking at people following super close while laying on the horn. Dangerous driver. I don't care if you're a tow truck, you're going to cause an accident. I just watched them behind a car that said student driver laying on their horn. Can't imagine anyone trusting this company to tow their vehicles.

This company needs to hire better drivers. Absolutely no reason they should be rubber banding up 301 N all the way to the auction.
