My computer was at Experimax Clearwater for a month now to fix an issue with my computer getting fried, and they fixed it.
I only had an issue with some communication and I definitely would have appreciated a bit more of it.
Nonetheless, very great company to go to.

I cannot believe how incredibly helpful and professional these people are. I had so many issues with two devices. Same day, Bloody Awesome Service.
I will be back, and also advertise for Experimax. The Manager, Christian, and Derrin are not only extremely qualified at what they do, but so congenial helpful. Sure made my day....week.....month.

Dairu was an outstanding technician. He patiently asked what the issue was and quickly looked at a few things that could be causing it to happen. He then showed me some steps to take if the issue comes back and advised me on a few things to do to make sure my macbook pro is in optimal shape.

My MacBook had been dead for two years. I'd previously taken it to another shop to no avail, and Apple quoted me over $1,000 for repairs plus diagnostic fees. I was about ready to give up on it but found this store and decided to give it one last shot. My MacBook was completely diagnosed, restored, and cleaned by the next day for a fraction of the initial quote (I was expecting it to take a week because they needed to order a new battery).The staff was very kind and friendly, and Darrin kept me updated regularly. I'm really excited to have it working again, and good as new. Would rate 10 stars if I could.

I took my MacBooks to Experimax Clearwater, and Derrin provided outstanding service. Unlike AppleCare and other local shops, Experimax offered free diagnostics and went above and beyond to identify the issues with my laptops. The store also has a great selection of lightly used Apple products at fair prices. They've earned my trust and future business. Thank you, Derrin and Experimax Clearwater!

I needed my four month old laptop repaired, that was dropped on accident, which voided the manufacturer’s warranty. These guys were recommended highly, and I couldn’t be more pleased! Dropped it off Wednesday and it was ready Saturday - which was several days earlier than expected. Certified pre-owned Apple dealer, that takes trade-ins as well. Solid service at a reasonable price.

One store said they can read what is on my laptop but they can't transfer the data to my new laptop. I brought my laptop to experimax and hoping they can fix it. They can't fix it neither, but they said they can recover my data from my external backup drive and put it into a directory structure I am used to. I agreed, but they didn't put the data into my regular file structure. I couldn't use them. They didn't charge me anything. I think they have a very good customer service.
