Patrick is one of the most understanding, nicest, and real when it came to their customer service and letting you know of the issues with my pc. If they can try to save you a dollar they will. Best customer service for repairs I ever had.

This is our second time using Experimax for our computer needs. We purchased a new Dell PC and monitor. We needed to have all our data from our old HP PC transferred to the new Dell PC. We talked to Garry who was very helpful and said they could transfer all the data. We took both towers to Experimax and Julio was able to transfer everything for us within a day. We then scheduled an ON-SITE HOUSE CALL to set up our new tower, new monitor, new keyboard & mouse, camera, and printer. Julio came to our home and was absolutely wonderful in taking the old out and installing the new. It was done quickly, professionally and exactly as we wanted it to be set up! We are very pleased once again with the staff of Experimax. Garry and Julio were great to work with and we are 100% satisfied with the service we received.
2024
My sister came down to visit from Tallahassee and needed batteries for her IPad and IPhone. The staff were wonderful in helping us. She was able to get her iPhone battery replaced quickly while we waited and ordered her iPad battery for later installation. We would highly recommend Experimax for any of your technical needs.

These guys are great! I’ve used them multiple times and today they cleaned out my iPhone charger portal for free! If you have any issues with phones or Mac’s, these are your guys!

I had an excellent experience at Experimax. They replaced my phone screen with a super quick turnaround, and it’s been two weeks with absolutely no issues — the phone works perfectly.
I also brought in my personal laptop, and the staff ran a quick diagnosis and even helped remove the hard disk for me. They were knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful throughout the process.
Overall, I give them 5 stars for their awesome service. Highly recommend!

I first went to Best Buy I rode my bike it was quite a long way they could not help me for at least 4 hrs and were going to charge! I didn’t stay then I went on yelp found your store and the older gentleman could not help I didn’t know Apple ID password he directed me to apple I called them they walked me through it because it’s all automated it took 11days to fix it and change password but now my phone is back to normal I can download apps thank u so much for your help I’ve already referred -person and will continue to do so u could have taken advantage but did not never even charged me the other store was going to charge me even if they couldnt fix it ! Forever grateful ! Lisa B

I stopped into Experimax for the first time today. I needed to install a new case for a newer iPhone I just received from my daughter. I was also exploring upgrade options for an older iPad. Julio (the owner) provided excellent service and advice on all fronts. This will be my new source for all of my Apple needs. I’ll be back soon, I’m sure.

Ok! I don’t event know where to start. So I came in, and had set down my bag feeling absolutely defeated because I thought I had lost over 2T of data on my external hardrive. And then Patrick (computer specialist ) looked into my eyes and could just feel more a moment of how I was feeling. He emphasized, made me feel heard, and immediately was like, it’s going to be ok. Let’s do everything we can, and man oh man. I’m telling you, my day went from me feeling the Mile long stare to wanting to do a heal click by the time I left!
He was so patient, knowledgeable, kind, funny, and just human. I’ve never had an experience like this walking into somewhere before. Like ever, this was a true genuine experience. Not only was he able to help me recover my (External Hardrive) turns out the app needed to be stored on my computer..ect.
But he informed me and guided me through my laptop on showing me where my GPU, graphics, and cashe was. How it all ran and the storage space left on it.
Julio was also helpful! Informative and kind!
These two will make your experience, and I highly, HIGHLY recommend this spot. Especially these men.
I am so greatful, you have no idea. Thank you again Patrick, thank you thank you :)
