From start to finish the entire staff at Express were great! This was my first trailer that required a lot of customization both inside and out, which I was a bit worried about. Not only did they build my custom trailer exactly the way I envisioned it, but everyone was so patient and helpful when I had questions or concerns.
I will definitely be using them to build all my future trailers!

Bought used Express trailer with damaged safety chain. Went in to buy replacement and was treated like i just bought a new trailer from them. The quality and service is worth the upfront price difference. Thoroughly impressed by their whole operation. Thank you!

Brought trailer in for new tires. Came without an appointment. No problem, staff was friendly and super accommodating. They even fixed a few minor issues without charging me extra. This place provides the product and service that we used to hear about back in “the good old days”. Buy from here and this will be forever trailer.

My first review was completed in early 2021 when I picked up my new 7x14 dual axle (#7,000) trailer. Not sure how to update that so I’m writing a new review.
So I’ve recently picked up a new 8x16 dual axle trailer (#14,000 axles) and love it! My old 7x14 went to a good home and is still looking good. Couple of bumps and bruises (driver error 😆) after so many years of use, but structurally sound as could be. I got a great price for it too, mainly due to its condition and how well it was built.
The new trailer is a significant upgrade for me. The setup is perfect and it tows fantastic. My former trailer was originally purchased for a 2,000 pound machine I had, but I got into a 4,000 pounder and this trailer handles it with aplomb.
I will reiterate the quality and care that go into these trailers by ECTs. Again, I highly recommend them for not only the final product, but the entire process from start to finish.

Bought 3 trailers from Express.They make an excellent trailer at a very fair price.I honestly believe they make the finest trailer available for the money. Hard to get on phone though, lol...really don't seem to care whether they sell u a trailer, not very personable but make a great quality trailer.

Just picked up my custom built 6x12. It was completed on time, tows very well, and very well built. You get what you pay for when you come here. Excellent customer service as well. Highly recommended without a doubt!!

Got rear axle replaced on tandem wheel trailer. Great people and a awesome product. Ashley made arrangements for me to drop trailer off the day before installation Brent the foreman had the axle installed and on my way home to Tallahassee by 10 AM. Glad to see that the business made it through the pandemic.

John Hubbard, the new owner loves to insult people. In fact, has banned us from buying new trailers. I don't recommend this company.They denied working on my trailer "we will not be doing the hose repair for you"Denied me of buying new trailers "Express Trailers will no longer be providing you with the option to purchase trailers here."FIND ANOTHER TRAILER COMPANY!

I picked up my 7x14 dual axle trailer for my business from Express on 1/6/21. I could not be more pleased with the final product AND the service I received from the time I visited their shop on Ulmerton Road earlier in 2020 to the final pick up. Dan (VP), Jen, Joe, and Ashely worked well as a team to get the trailer I wanted built and get me rolling down the road.I searched for months to find either a decent used trailer, or a new trailer, but just didn't feel as though the quality (quality and upkeep on used) was there in what I saw. I like well-built tools because they last longer, look better, and work better than inferior items. Look around and get a feel for new trailers and then look at an Express Trailer and you will see the difference right away.Highly recommended!

We have been looking at a lot of enclosed cargo trailers, and most brands seem about the same but Express seems a few steps ahead in quality in both materials and how they are put together. It's also nice that they are made locally and can be serviced locally. Worth paying a little extra for quality.
