S. Ft. Harrison Location--Staff has changed there recently; overall not impressed with the level of professionalism and efficiency. I had to explain all over again (somewhat) what I wanted on my biz card order that I placed almost 2 weeks ago as the mgr hadnt written a particular & important point. Also, he, manager, committed a cardinal mgmt sin of blaming one of his employees for not haven't done something that they should have done while he was out. Better training of FedEx managers is perhaps what is needed.
