The lazy pharmachy tech refused to start a prior authorization for my father's medication (who is a disabled cancer patient) and now he is very sick and we have to go to CVS. Who supervises these pharmacists? I'm absolutely dumbfounded.

Didn't use the service. I was next door getting oil changed on my car.

Last 3 times I’ve gone to drop off a FedEx Package their scanner hasn’t worked. Until they fix it it’s just a waste of time going there to drop off items. Just head to the FedEx location off US19 and Sunset Point Rd instead.

FedEx is a good shipping company. They deliver on time. Pick up is also good. Nice folks that work there.

This afternoon I went for a Covid-19 test to this location and spent an hour and a half trying to get it with no avail. The ladies in the pharmacy tried to help me but there's something wrong with their system connecting with the insurance companies. I have a good insurance, I've already had two CPR tests before at CVS that went smoothly, I'd even called my insurance company during the process and they also couldn't understand what was the problem on the other end (in Walgreens) because their system kept rejecting the claim. If you want a Covid- 19 test (or maybe any other test) I wouldn't recommend you going to Walgreens, it may be a waste of time and a lot of frustration.

FedEx never fails. Their website is easy to use, in store they are always so friendly and helpful.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. They are disorganized + rude. Made filling my prescriptions a difficult experience rather than a helpful one.Not all Walgreens are like this. This one just happens to be horrible.

I'm not from this country so I'm not not familiar with how everything works. I wanted to ship a package so I went to this place. There was no one at the front desk and there was no button or anything so I asked one of the employees from Walgreens if they could call someone but the lady said she could help me, she noticed that i hadn't come prepared so she brought a box and bubble wrap and then asked me to write the recipient's address on the box. I had already put tape on the box, and wrapped the package on the bubble wrap when an employee from FedEx arrived and told me that I wasn't going to be able to ship it if I didn't have a printed label so I told her that the Walgreens employee had told me I just needed to write in on the box. Long story short, I had to pay $6.99 for the box and $2.99 for the bubble wrap and no shipping. If the FedEx employee hadn't been absent from the area for more than at least 10 minutes (it wasn't at lunch time or anything) i would not have had to pay for an overpriced box. I also wish they would just make it clear especially for people who are not familiar...
