With my whole respect to the helpful people working that place, I was trying to return a package with a QR code and they said we cannot accept QR codes because we are not connected to FedEx Network so why you it says FedEx on the map if you're not on FedEx Network?

Poor customer service. I went into the shop to quickly print a form and a younger FedEx employee watched me walk into the store and waited until I sat down before he told me I would need to leave since they were closing. I asked him why he didn't tell me when I first entered the store and he said he didn't realize I was going to print something which would take a lot longer. It didn't make any sense to me. The irony of it all was a FedEx delivery truck driver who was delivering boxes and opened the door for me started scolding the younger FedEx worker who worked behind the counter who was the one to ask me to leave. So kudos to the truck driver but boo on the store employee!

RATED 1 ?Arrived with a prepaid label and told by the employee that they have no FedEx envelopes available. How do you expect people to utilize such a service that is otherwise fantastic if you have no supplies? Unhappy

Incredible, above and beyond service! I had a very difficult return and Sarah and Jennifer were a huge help in breaking down the plastic plant Potter so I could fit it back in its original box and save myself $40+ dollars. Would 10/10 recommend this FedEx if you need anything mailed. Thanks again!

The worker opened my package before shipment, watched her to see what was inside. Would never go here again. Also lady had a awful attitude
