Everyone here is just on their phone, not looking at the front counter or servicing the drive thru. Took 15 minutes to get a simple withdrawal. They are not even aware when their atm is down.

Disappointing customer service, called in and was hung up on, then called was transferred, and hung up on again ????I guess they do not follow dropped calls by the agents.This was unusual as for many years they have been awesome, even through the pandemic, maybe they just have new people or outsourced customer service just frustratingUpDate, it’s been over a month now, many many calls and issue continues. Not sure what the root problem is, it seems like a back and forth internally but confirmed it was not my fault

Litzy did not care whether we stayed or closed our account due to issues with the bank system. I would not recommend this bank.

Terrible customer service. Find another branch or different bank altogether. Corporate needs to give a crash course in how to treat people.

Tiffany was really great, Jennifer previously both were professional, competent and very customer oriented. I will be opening a new business soon and 5/3 will be my choice for all my needs. Jennifer even called after one week to follow up and make sure everything was going well. Outstanding bank

This branch manager is rude and unprofessional. I called asking for help on a $370. non authorized withdrawal from my checking account. Turns out my application for hardship (pandemic/kidney transplant) hasn't been processed since I applied in mid March and I was told they can take anything they want because it's in the small print. She said I didn't qualify for the hardship and hung up. 4 hours of phone calls to have someone tell me she's incompetent and help me fix it. She should consider a different job not involving people.

My grandfather has an account with Fifth Third and has had great experience at the locations near him (Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area), so when it was time for me to open my own bank account down here, I set one up at this location. Full disclosure: I'm fresh out of college & look like I'm fresh out of high school. The lady who helped me set up a checking and a savings account didn't seem to really want to walk through all the details with me, and felt very distant. I thought a $10,000 savings goal for my savings account was good, but she seemed skeptical that I could ever reach that. However, every time I've gone in and dealt with a teller, or used the drive thru, I've always had a wonderful experience. I'm now looking into setting up an IRA, and wanted to explore my options, but I think I'll make an appointment with someone else, and hopefully whoever that appointment is with, they won't seem to make an issue of my age.

Worst bank ever! Don't waste your time coming in unless you want to have to come in multiple times getting what you want done .

I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst bank ever. The Manager was very rude and didn't want to help me at all when I was trying to open a card. I never experienced worse costumer service. She made me feel like I didn't deserve to apply for a card when there was no reason for it. This was my first time going to this bank and I will definitely not return.
