I visit this branch Weekly and have had nothing but positive experiences each time. The tellers are always friendly and accommodating and the managers always going the extra mile to get done what I need. I go out of my way to go to this branch every time I need to make a deposit or use any other branch services.

I visited the bank to endorse a check I received from an insurance company, and the service was provided by the branch manager, Mr. Pat Piyawatpaisal. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I had to make five separate trips to the branch, and each time, I left without a successful outcome. Eventually, I was able to get the check endorsed at a different branch, thanks to the assistance of Katrina Sweeney.The number of visits I had to make was exorbitant, and the hassle I went through was completely unjustified. Regrettably, the service provided by Mr. Pat Piyawatpaisal did not meet my expectations. This experience does not reflect well on your bank.

I was very dissatisfied with the service here on more than one occasion. I decided to move my accounts and thought it was par for their course that they didn't even ask why.

Do not open an account at this bank. The idiots launched a new website that is a total disaster! Mobile deposits no longer work most of the time. When you call the automated line will not recognize your info and lock your out. Then you call and a bubblehead on the phone can not help.

Pat Piyawatpaisal will be the reason I cancel all my accounts with this bank company and switch to Chase, Wells Fargo, or even Bank of America. All I want is rolls of quarters and the max I can get is 2. There’s no sign posted about change being limited. He’s mad cause I’m tall

This bank will reverse your car payments and rent payments while telling you their system will only pay bills first and then pay themselves back. Only after they said that I watched the complete opposite happen. After pointing this out to them multiple times now they just say there’s nothing they can do and that the system is working as it should. How could someone’s payment be clear for multiple days and even with overdraft protection on I went negative $10 and they reverse my entire rent payment of over 1500. But in multiple other cases allowed me to go 100s of dollars into overdraft and charged me a fee with no reversal in site. This bank is not a bank anymore. They are thieves who do not care about you or your money unless it’s going into their pocket.

Horrible customer service. And by the looks it all the reviews above have experience poor management aswell. How many bad reviews can one bank have before corporate turns their attention to this branch? I experience consisted of me walking into the bank standing there waiting for a irrelevant conversation to end amongst the two tellers before I'm able to conduct my business. I presented a check drawn from the 5th third and being a customer myself of fifth third only to be told that it looks as if I altered the check. Then then after accusing me of such they called my customer who wrote me the check to tell them that they have flagged it. To go have him write me another check after my bank discrediting me accusing me of fraudulent actions and then getting my customer and their customer involved in such shenanigans. Someone really needs to do something about the bank manager and the tellers at this branch. Smh

Best customer service of any of the Fifth Third banks in the county. They know me by my name and always are very welcoming. I will continue to use this branch since they are so amazing.

New to the state of Florida. I've had 3 recent in person visits to this branch. My initial and second visits were with the Branch Manager, he was very helpful in providing me the information I needed to move forward. My most current visit was with Personal Banker J*****, HE WAS AWESOME! He helped me open multiple accounts. He was very great with setting up my face recognition on my mobile device. He helped set up the mobile app and notification settings. He helped with getting the correct paperwork to provide to my employer. He set up my alerts, he made sure that my mobile check deposit worked. They even provided me with a temporary cart to make atm withdraws. All in all I had a good experience. I'm proud to call this my home branch!
