Sabrina took the honors of my top representative during the Holiday shopping experience. I have not come across a person so willing to help with the way she listened and solved the issue I was having Sabrina is an asset to the Finish Line. I sure hope that this doesn’t change with the merging with JD. I have had several bad experiences with the Citrus Park JD store. I also have to mention Janiya. She was also very helpful and both of these ladies represent this store as if they owned it. Although, I live far away, I am driving to see them again. Thank for the experience and the service you provided!

Janya did an excellent job assisting me in the countryside mall store on Dec. 17th, 2024. Her positive attitude/smile and desire to make sure that my questions were answered was a refreshing change from the lack of service we've come to expect in today's retail experience. My job requires managing outside sales professionals and I let her know what a great experience she provided. Her response did not disappoint, as she stated that this should simply be the norm. Thank you Janya, your attitude determines your altitude and sky the limit for you! (Hope I spelled your name correctly).

i highly recommend if you go here ask for aj/ alejandro he is a very understanding person with good personality and traits and would really help you get exactly what you’re looking for, with good fit ideas and anything you need!! He helped me chose my first day of school fit and i was really impressed, he’s also bilingual and helped me translate to my grandmother what to buy. 10/10 recommend!!

One of my fav stores in this mall, Henry knows his stuff and is real knowledgeable, ask for him if you go in! Theres some little cuties on the staff so that’s always a plus ;) lol. But def excellent service from all the staff there, but Henry’s your go to guy 100

I walked in the store today and two employees, Sabrina and Janiya, welcomed my wife and I with amazing energy and gave incredible service while I was finding outfits for the entire family. They were extremely kind to the kids while they were picking out shoes. We love shopping at this location because we always receive the best customer service. Thank you Sabrina and Janiya for making this experience the best it could possibly be!

Janiya was a great help today. She went back and forth multiple times for different shoes and sizes, and never lacked a smile on her face while doing so. She gave amazing customer service the entire time.

We had walked into the store yesterday and the two
People that helped my daughter and I . They were both very lovely . At first a gentleman was helping us and he was very polite and quick . Afterwards Sabrina started helping my daughter and I because I had mentioned I liked the sneakers she had on. She was super sweet, funny and informative . She even helped my daughter style her sneakers so she could wear them outside the store . They the posed in the mirror together and everything ;Her taking that little extra time with my daughter helped my daughter change her mind on not getting only pink sneakers and she loves the ones we ended up purchasing . I too ended up getting the sneakers Sabrina had on because I just loved them ☺️.

We came into the store today, and Sabrina was very helpful and informative! She was so sweet with me and my son, plus ordered additional shoes that the store didn’t have our size. I buy a lot of Nike sneakers, and the Foot Locker at Countryside is horrible, so we will always shop Finish Line Countryside because of the customer service! Keep it up!

I took my daughter to try to find a new pair of running shoes. The staff was the kindest that I have experienced in a long time...eager to help, gave us suggestions and so very polite. They had exactly what I needed and the entire experience was quick and painless! Many thanks
