My service advisor Peyton has been extremely helpful the past few times I've gotten service at Fitzgerald Countryside. She does a great job of keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle and making sure I’m well taken care of while I wait. Would definitely recommend!

“I recently visited Fitzgerald’s Countryside Hyundai and was assisted by Charlie, who was an amazing salesperson. Cool and Calm, I was drawn to his warm personality right away!He was very knowledgeable about the cars and their features, this is important to me, because in the past once I bought the car, I had to find out most things on my own.Charlie was able to answer all of my questions. I appreciated that he didn’t pressure me into buying a car, I got sick in the middle of the deal and could not return for several days. The dealership never changed the deal and a week later —I bought the car!Charlie was very patient with me throughout the process. I had no intentions of buying a car when I walked in, but Charlie made the experience so enjoyable that I ended up purchasing one.Everything was easy at this dealership including the financing— Who had the most interesting way to sign your forms!! We were very fortunate to have Eric Valladares as our agent in our quest to buy a 2024 Hyundai Tucson LTD....by the way, it's our third Hyundai. Eric was both professional and knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Eric has since checked in with us to see if we are enjoying our new vehicle and to see if we have questions. A great follow-up. A valued employee. Albert Marquez handled all the finance and guided us through the lengthy process in a friendly and informative manner. We'll see them both if and when we buy a fourth Hyundai! Thanks guys!

Leandra was excellent!! I felt secure and taken care of the entire time! Plus the entire crew from start to finish was professional, friendly, and respectful. The people are very friendly, however my vehicle always leaves in worse shape than it arrived. I randomly lose both brake lights upon arrival for a quick $100 replacement or a sudden extensive oil leak… and I can obviously tell in my driveway if my vehicle is leaking oil. Normal looking driveway until they found a gasket that needs replaced in my routine oil change. Not covered under warranty and is $400+I drive home. Now, my driveway is covered in oil. “Ma’am we informed you of the leak and you chose to not have it fixed at that time”. This oil leak did not exist when I arrived. I can post pictures of my grandkids chalk drawings and my messy garage to show I always park in the driveway and there weren’t any oil leaks until returning from Fitzgerald’s.I hate that this is legal or even worse, considered the norm. Shame on you shysters.

My experience with Fitzgerald Hyundai Service was exceptional. They took me on time and were done in less time than I was told. Peyton in the Service Department is the epitome of a service advisor. She made sure the parts were available before I came in for the appointment and explained everything thoroughly. Their waiting area is comfortable and they offered beverages and snacks. Everyone was super friendly.

This 2008 Hyundai is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Fitzgerald. The first was equally serviced by professional staff who are extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle's maintenance.I have never had a bad experience bringing my vehicle to be serviced here.Two vehicles over 23 years and the 2008 Hyundai Entourage is giving me a safe and reliable vehicle.

Highly recommended! Had my vehicle serviced there! It had several recalls on it and they kept in constant communication with us and got us taken care of. I cannot extend enough thanks to Chris who took excellent care of us! Thank you so much! Our car is running great! We appreciate everyone there so very much!

My 2014 Sonata needed a new hybrid battery and battery management system. My car is under warranty so Fitzgerald took care of everything at no cost to me. My service advisor, Matt, was responsive and kept me informed about the repair. It took over 4 months to get the parts! But Hyundai Fitzgerald paid for a rental car which worked out well for me. Also, they changed my oil and filters and installed a new battery since my car was there so long. Much appreciated! Thank you Matt and Fitzgerald Countryside Hyundai! I recommend this service department.

Worst experienced ever! I would never take my car back to this service department ever! Kept my car 4 days before telling me that I could drive it safely with only one and a half quarts of oil in it and that probably the engine needed to be replaced but I had to go to a 3 step process before they would be able to determine that. Had a recent oil change.Wanted me to drive at a 1000 miles bring it back in and go through this major ordeal to determine why my car was acting so poorly. I also had a airbag light on that they never fixed. Never gave me a loaner and when trying to call would always get voicemail. The manager Dave never once attempted to return my phone calls and Matt Balliet was my representative who allowed all this to take place. To top it off there was a recall for this particular problem and because I did not buy it at this dealership but Courtesy Hyundai in Tampa they acted like they shouldn't be responsible to take care of the problem.

Traded in two vehicles and got what we wanted. The truck was on another lot and waiting for us to test drive. They worked the numbers to an agreeable price. Ask for Vadim! He's fantastic.

When my husband arrived he was told that his representative (or writer he thinks they called it?) had not arrived for work yet so he had to wait on this one particular person...while other customers came in and were seen. It was just a recall. The first available person should've taken him.

I wish it could be a "5"! Car sales was a good experience. They sold me a warranty that provided me FREE oil change for 10 years (Only pay tax) as well as a bumper to bumper mechanical warranty that I felt was a pretty good deal at the time. When oil prices went up they stopped the free oil changes and now they are no less expensive than most other retail locations. I had an on road issue with engine that would be covered but needed to tow to them and they would not be able to get to the car for over two weeks so I paid out of pocket for then repair. The did not tell me at the time that I could use the insurance with another repair shop. Then I had issue with my driver door handle opening and they submitted to insurance as a "trim piece" needing to be replaced instead of a mechanical issue. It was a trim piece needed but not for cosmetic reasons so it was not covered. Then they wanted to charge me $40 for the trim piece and this was unacceptable as it was a mechanical issue. The good news is they agreed and replaced at no fee. The bad news it took over 3 months to get this done! Other than that the people are very nice to deal with. Just plan to be patient if you want to get work done.

I have had my car serviced by Fitz twice now and have been very happy with my experiences. Peyton was my advisor but I also have dealt with Matt briefly and both are extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept in the loop at all times. Both visits I was dealing with emergencies and was able to be worked into the schedule immediately. Also, the 2 women that have worked the front desk when I went in are also very professional and friendly. Overall I am very happy with Fitz and will continue to come back for all of services and repairs of my car.
