I bought an older Honda but needed a backup camera/GPS, better stereo, etc, and they found me an all-in-one Sony touchscreen that, while not cheap, perfectly suited my needs. Five Star did a GREAT job installing the new Sony unit, and I couldn't be happier with it. The price and the time needed to install were exactly what he told me they would be. Highly recommend!

5 Star is absolutely worthy of 5,10,100 Stars. They do the best work in Florida in customizing your vehicles stereo system and entertainment system. The last car of mine they did was my Tundra with all Focal Flax 3 way components, DSP Amps, Excelon Amps, Subs. It sounds amazing, and everything was hidden. Dean, Paul and Fernando make this place shine!! Dean has been doing my Car Audio work for 25 years on every system. Cannot Applaud these guys enough. Oh and Check out their Youtube Channel and search for "Focal Tundra" and theirs a few videos they did of the install. Amazing!!

5 star is nothing short of 5 star services and answers any questions you have with ease. This guy is definitely one of the best in Pinellas county and I highly recommend him! I bought my radio almost 2 years ago and any time I had any issues even tho they didn’t install it he works with me and tries to help me troubleshoot any issues I have.

Terrible went there with some old Rockford Fosgate, amps needing them installed. Main installer refused to install said amps where too old would touch them that shows me he just is out there to sell his product.

This place was no b.s. super helpful. They didn't try to upsell me on anything and asked me specifically what I had wanted for my car. Also, after calling around and comparing prices, they were significantly less expensive than their competitors!(Side note: as a man who waxes his mustache, it was both strange and refreshing to be helped by a guy who waxed his beard!)

I got my car stereo done here a while back. The product itself is very nice. The service however was not good. The sound from the aux port was messed up.I went back and explained the situation and the worker asked if I updated my 2003 ipod. And he did take the car and said the next day that after looking at it everything was fine.They never fixed the issue. Then recently at my job we hired a guy who used to work on car stereos. He took it apart and in less than an hour found that a couple audio cables were never connected. He hooked everything up properly and now the sound is perfect.I'm very disappointed with the service I received here. And when I came to them with the issue they acted annoyed on the phone and in person. And it's frustrating to know I had this issue for months when the fix was so simple.I left 2 stars instead of 1as the product itself is nice.

I’ve shopped here for years, have two brothers and a couple of friends that shop here as well. he’s always willing to help them with any questions or problems that they run into but it isn’t the same energy when it comes to me. Considering the amount of money Ive spent here over the years it’s upsetting.
